I haven't had Panera in years. This was my first time trying this location on Kimberly in Davenport. Food was absolutely delicious. I ordered a "You Pick Two", I got the Mediterranean Chicken Green with grains salad w/ a side of cream of chicken wild rice soup. I added a half chipotle chicken avocado melt sandwich. The salad was fantastic‼️ So full of flavor, the soup was hot, steamy and delicious. The sandwich bread was so soft with a lil crunch around the edges, absolutely delicious! I had a discrepancy with my salad & not only did they replace my salad but they upgraded me to the full salad. The ladies that worked there was friendly and welcoming and the chef that remade my salad was amazing. The atmosphere was very "Panera" which is a good thing, clean, warm and cozy, I didn't expect anything less. My new favorite spot!

First time eating here, FANTASTIC!
I had the steak stacker and cheese broccoli soup, my wife had the chicken Asiago stacker, we both enjoyed our food quick service, and clean table. We will be back! Thank you!

Helpful personnel when I had questions about the new menu. The gal had answers for me & was knowledgeable about the new food choices.

I've NEVER felt so disrespected at a restaurant in the quad cities in my whole 40 something years in Davenport! The manager (Jodi) was extremely rude towards my niece (who just recently loss her mom, who was my sister) Anyways my niece earned 2 certificates for Panera Bread and I thought I'd take her there to cash them in. We didn't need the kids meal coupons however since she EARNED them we decided to use them. Jodi the "manager" treated us extremely rude and talked down to us, so much so my niece and I are terrified to stay in the restaurant or even eat the food. I hope Jodi understands that everyone deserves respect if nothing else fairness. At the end of it all I must say my niece said she really enjoyed the food.

So had a massive headache, wind blowing, thought I would order soup from Panera. The manager Vanessa leaves so much to be desired. The door dash guy was amazing he had to go back to Panera to get my Ciabatta. However, Vanessa was so unempathetic and unacaring that one again my order was screwed up, that now I am afraid to eat the bread as perhaps Vanessa poisoned it, spit it on it...who knows...calling Corporate tomorrow. This Panera has a history of messing up orders.

When you order multi pack of bagels, they should not be thrown all together in a bag. Otherwise love their food.

I first visited the women's restroom to wash my hands. The water pressure of the faucet is ridiculously low. It discouraged me from eating there. I remembered that I visited this place about 4 months ago and had the same water pressure problem. That time I ate a sandwich, delicious, but had diarrhea for days later. Highiene is a big concern for me.
I hope they fix it soon.

My husband went inside to get me a chicken noodle soup. After we were on our way to Iowa city , I opened the soup and there was no soup!! There were 2 chunks of chicken , two or three little pieces of carrot and the rest was noodles. Not a drop of soup. I’ve never seen anything like it
