Rude and unprofessional management — very disappointing experience.
I came in today as a DoorDash driver and was shocked by how the manager in the red shirt treated people. A customer accidentally spilled something and asked for a rag — instead of helping, the manager snapped at a new employee, saying “NOPE, you do it,” in a rude, dismissive way.
When I went to pick up an order, the same manager said they were refusing to make it because they were working on a large $100+ order first. When I calmly asked how long it might take, she threw up her hands and said she didn’t know. When I said I’d unassign it, she replied, “Do what you have to do,” and threw her hands up again.
Everyone can have a bad day, but this kind of behavior was uncalled for and made the whole store feel tense and unpleasant. Definitely not the kind of attitude you expect from a manager representing Panera Bread.

They have very good soups, and I recommend the bread bowl as it adds to the experience.
I don't always have the best experiences here, it's fairly random. I do not blame the employees whatsoever, they are great. The issue is they don't have enough people, I watch them scrambling to get everything done while trying not to get overwhelmed, they work their butts off. Hire more people. Give them better pay. Looks to me like crappy management.

Best location in town. Sweetest staff, always clean and fast service.
Vegetarian options: The soups and salads are great!
Nice 'Panera', parking can be a challenge (as in sometimes limited if you're unwilling to walk a few more steps), but service is fast and efficient generally with a smile. Menu selections are varied and quality excellent. We had a minor issue with our order, which was immediately corrected by the manager. Return worthy?! Absolutely, we keep coming back!
