I don't always have the best experiences here, it's fairly random. I do not blame the employees whatsoever, they are great. The issue is they don't have enough people, I watch them scrambling to get everything done while trying not to get overwhelmed, they work their butts off. Hire more people. Give them better pay. Looks to me like crappy management.

Nice 'Panera', parking can be a challenge (as in sometimes limited if you're unwilling to walk a few more steps), but service is fast and efficient generally with a smile. Menu selections are varied and quality excellent. We had a minor issue with our order, which was immediately corrected by the manager. Return worthy?! Absolutely, we keep coming back!

The staff are so friendly. The online menu was confusing and I ended up with half sandwiches instead of full ones, but the staff helped make it right. Thank you!
I placed an online order for rapid pick up. Arrived 5 min before pick up time. After waiting additional 15 min get my order head home. Open the order half of its missing an my sandwich is made wrong. So I head back they remade it I waited 20 minutes and I get home and it was still missing half the items on the sandwich. I finally throw my hands in the air

Tasty green salad with grains, with little iceberg lettuce, and cheesesteak sandwich. Procedure to order requires studious concentration. A bit tight on seating. Bathrooms clean. Coffee lukewarm. Coffee is not a good value. I appreciate nutritious options. Parking tight when backing out if larger vehicles parked near yours. Outdoor seating lacks shade.
