Reading these reviews nothing has changed in a year, pizza was so under cooked i had to throw it away

Dang Papa why you did us like that. Been a minute since I got Papa John’s and after this experience it will be a while again. We already ordered bread sticks with the pizza. And the pizza had built in bread sticks already. Where’s part or the toppings!???? Wish I had as much cheese on My pizza as I did peppers….

I ordered PIZZA AND WINGS! my wings WERE NOT DONE! I called them and they admitted to the “driver” just taking them out the oven and them not being done SMH! so they served me UNDONE wings when I ordered Well Done ! Offered me a “free pizza and wings” but my wings should’ve been DONE I could’ve been sick! 0/10 this place is a JOKE!

Joe from Papa Johns Pizza on w. Locust can still kissmy ZZA this morning im beyond pissed still. Horribleservice delivered my pizza to another building, andeven admitted to setting it outside a door, Not my doortho, argues yelled with me and lied saying he knocked& knew he was at the right door, (i ordered Papa jonsnot doordash) but while i seen him pull off from ourapartments without giving me my pizza and called thestore to talk to someone the manager had already toldme someone called & had my pizza, meanwhile it wasa rough day and all either one of us wanted to do waseat dinner, that NEVER CAME! Even 2 hours later afterthey were supposed to make another one & get it here,after all that fight & that long i was over it. The realkicker is 2 hrs later after payi g online and he gottipped for taking my pizza to someone else for freewhen i asked for a discount or my pizza free, that'show i was treated 100 stillIIIl pissed. Ordered a large pizza and brownie they said it would be there in about 30 minutes and I gave them my grandson phone number and dorm they read it back to me I got a call from my grandson 50 minutes later asking about the pizza so I call and they didn't have a phone number to call and didn't put which dorm he was in he finally got it an hour late
