the lack of customer service, and management in ability to “do the right thing” is beyond lacking here at this location for sure. The concern arose when I waited an hour for our delivery, which I placed at 1pm then called about and was assured would be delivered soon. I called again at 2:40 pm. Your manager said it was delivered and we signed for it, which wasn't true. She accused me of being dishonest and theft for almost 20 minutes and said we received our food. She accused someone from our house of signing the credit card receipt. The manager categorically denied that the driver would have delivered to the wrong address until she subsequently spoke with the driver, who acknowledged that the delivery had indeed been made to the wrong location and that those individuals at the wrong house had signed the receipt. It was also indicated that the driver has been employed by Pizza Hut for 19 years, which raises questions regarding the validity of a third-party delivery the manager, who was unwilling to accept responsibility for the error and showed little consideration for the undue stress caused by her accusations. I didn’t get my food till at 3:37pm. Not sorry for the mess up or inconvenience. Effective customer service necessitates listening attentively to concerns and responding thoughtfully. Not with this manager. I also filed a complaint with Pizza Hut in which the manager was supposed to contact me within 3 days. It’s going on 2 weeks & nothing. Horrible.

It was a pick up place only, seems busy not to fast to respond. I stood there watching her for a bit before she helped me. Then it only took 20 minutes for me to wait for it.

I will not order through pizza Hut no more. If they don't have drivers then it gets sent to door dash I guess. It said my food was delivered, I haven't received anything and it's been over an hour. I wouldn't be calling asking where my food is. I'm pissed. Supposedly they're remaking and sending out with their driver. My autistic daughter is starting to get in a mood, she's hungry 😡
I was really excited to drive across town and get a hot meal after work. However, my marinara sauce with my mozzarella sticks was ice cold out of the fridge, and I don’t have a microwave so :(

Food took 40 mins to be delivered and I live with in a mile of the store. The pizza was warm at best. Called and spoke to the manager on shift john and was told that if I wanted to wait another 30 to 40 mins they could remake and deliver one. Other wise he couldnt do anything. When I asked about his store or district manager since I was was getting no where with him he told me he didn't know her name or number. This all happened on 9/1/24 @ 430pm

I ordered off the app to receive a free pizza. It was terrible. Like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for hours. It was incredibly salty and the crust was hard. I doubt we will return, the pizza just isn't like it use to be. The parking lot looked run down and gloomy. The only good thing was the nice lady at the window. Good job for being nice need work on quality.

Someone at Pizza Hut corporate is smoking that good good to think this tavern style crust is in any way shape or form what you'd get in a Chicago thin crust bar pie. This is a cracker style crust. Not even corn meal on the bottom like a tavern style. Technically, i think its not even a dough, its a flatbread. To add to my disappointment, the pizza was delivered by Dale Jr or Ricky Bobby it seems. Nothing like tipping 18% and having your driver jumping curbs on the way to your house with a pizza that took 15 minutes to deliver! Shut the front door!

Ordered the new thin crust tavern style pizza with cup pepperonis, bacon & extra cheese. It was amazing. The delivery guy was very professional & courteous.
