We come here often to fill up our Class A motor home. Most of the time the propane tank is either empty or out of service, but on the rare occasion it’s working, we call for a fill up and no one comes out. It’s extremely frustrating. The customer service here is atrocious. If we had other options, we would avoid this place all together but we don’t fit just anywhere.

Driving to Los Angeles from Wisconsin and stopped here ... EVERYONE was so kind and nice, first place that people actually said hello when I walked in the door!! A young gentleman helped me out right away, and now I forgot his name, but he had a tattoo of FAMILY on his arm ... Tiffany also helped me, they even went OUT OF THEIR way to get me some bug wash out back ... I had to write a review about this place because it just really restored my faith in people and peoples kindness ... kudos to whomever hired these 2 humans!

got here at 10 p.m.to get fuel 3 fuel islands roped off not working absolutely no hot avl whatsoever I guess they think we don't get hungry at nite anymore flyingj /pilot needs to do better your customer service sucks

Ok amenities as far as a gas station goes... there's lots of beverages and chips to help fuel your road trip. It's clean and shiny inside with extensive options. I debated about getting coffee but they had millions of options and it was too much for me to interpret. Minus some stars due to restroom issues. This is something that people depend on yet hubby and I were both disappointed. The men's restroom was out of service. The women's was open yet not much soap or toilet paper was available. There were lots of signs about washing your hands but lots of empty soap dispensers. The stuff they had was like sand and gross. This place is right next door to a Dennys but we didn't visit there.

I stopped by this Flying J for fuel and they had the slowest pumps I've ever experienced in my life and everyone was complaining at the pumps. I had to leave and get gas elsewhere.

The truck stop is well clean and kept with exceptional customer service the food is always good with no complaints at all and during the afternoon hours it gets real busy.
