Maybe its just me but i dont see the draw for this place. Water logged beef and soggy bread doesnt do much for me i guess. I grabbed my sandwich within seconds of being put on the counter and the bread was already a soggy disgusting mess from the salted but otherwise flavorless beef topped with a pile of cold shredded mozzerella. I didnt even bother to eat 1/2 of it. I had it probably 10 years ago and i know it didnt stand out as great, but i certainly dont remember being this disappointed. Also, i like it COLD in my house, at work and in public, but this place was an icebox today

Couldn't make it to a Portillo's store in Chicago during our annual family vacation, but didn't pass up the opportunity to grab some lunch at the Davenport, IA store on the drive back home. Always great food and a great atmosphere. If they could open a location 300 miles west (Omaha), that'd be great!

Purchased a chili dog and a hot dog, fries and coke. $14 and change. Fries were soggy not fresh, coke was very flat had been sitting ice melted. For $14!! Portillos needs to go back to basics when Dick was owner.. Too cocky!

This is the most disgusting chicken Ceasars salad I have ever recieved. I am 9 months pregnant and if I would've eaten any of this lettuce, I would've gotten E. coli food poisoning. Are you trying to kill my unborn child? The slim that was on the majority of it all.... ewwww. I spent almost $100 on food in this order. I cannot believe that no one quality checks the lettuce. The Croutons and shredded cheese also were not included. This is the last time I ever try to eat this places food.
