QDOBA Mexican Eats

Ordered pickup and the guacamole on my bowl was almost brown and tasted old. Very gross since the place had just opened for the day I was expecting it more fresh.

We ordered Qdoba for lunch through Uber Eats because they were running a buy-one-get-one burrito deal. Sounded like a good idea at the time… but unfortunately, it was a total letdown.

The burritos that showed up were shockingly small…like they literally just split one in half and wrapped them separately. And the taste? Nonexistent. The white rice was supposed to be cilantro lime, but it was just plain, overcooked steamed rice with zero flavor. The whole thing felt lazy and thrown together. We couldn’t even finish them.

Definitely not worth the price, even with the deal. Wouldn’t recommend ordering Qdoba through Uber Eats unless they seriously step up the quality.
I will never eat their food again and definitely recommend you never eat it either.

I’m beyond frustrated with my recent experience. I placed an order through DoorDash and received the wrong food. When DoorDash contacted QDOBA to request a remake and redelivery, the restaurant refused to correct their mistake. I paid for a meal I never got to eat, and their lack of accountability and customer service is unacceptable. Mistakes happen—but how a business handles them matters even more. This was handled poorly, and I won’t be ordering from this location again.

Honestly felt like I got a burrito of just rice. Very minimal chicken and queso. Majority of it is at the very bottom of my burrito. Just not impressed honestly. The Qdoba in Peoria always does us right, they're not 10 lb burritos by any means but they are evenly distributed at least. It was a pickup but the store looked clean.

I stopped in for a quick bite and decided to try the nachos. They were surprisingly good! The cheese was absolutly perfect and had a great flavor, and the toppings were plentiful. The chips held up well, which is always a plus. Emily, who took my order, was really friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. Definitely a solid choice if you're craving nachos. 5 stars! Absolutely recommend, and coming back again.

Ordered through the app. Order a quesadilla 2 pieces had the ingredients and 2 just cheese.

Usually get great service but this was a huge disappointment.

Guess the lesson is if you order through the app check the food because you don’t get the same service as if you were in there watching them make the food.

The workers were very nice Emily she made my burrito and Tacos she was very friendly kind her GM that day I cannot think of her name she was real nice they made me feel very welcome there I will come back again

I just left with two burritos and they are inedible because the meat was burned and the rice was crunchy . We paid $40 for food that went in the trash :(
