Every Tuesday, I come in after my music lesson. The couple women who work there on Tuesday around 7-9 pm are so unbelievably lovely. They know my order by memory, and always work to make my burrito perfect. Even going as far as mixing it meticulously for me. They make my day, and even if I’m not craving Mexican food at the moment, I come in to dine just to greet them. 100/10 customer service. The area is calm and clean, I feel safe as a women out alone at night, there always patient and the food tastes great. Cannot recommend this place more.Parking: When I come in, there’s almost no traffic, and allows access to other shops in the area.Kid-friendliness: I’m a teenager, and I always feel respected and safe around the area and in the store, I’ve seen the employees make kids laugh and be very polite and patient with small children.Wheelchair accessibility: My father is sick, and he walks with a cane, I know it’s not a wheelchair, but the slopes on the doors and wide movement space allows him to walk in and out with ease.
The staff were very friendly and my bowl was very filling. Love the free guac and queso.

My sisters went to go get dinner for the whole family, everything was good and have never had a problem but I needed a kids bowl with no queso and the cashier said she couldn’t ring that up like that, that it would cost extra for the kids meal without queso. Apparently that the computer would break lol idk how that makes any sense but I was upset they had to pay more for that, just to remove something.

I’ve ordered from here several times on the app, and it has always been an excellent experience. The food is always wonderful and prepared on time for pick up. it’s nice to have that kind of reliability from a “fast food“ restaurant.

I went into Qdoba today and from the time I went into the restaurant until the time I left it was a good experience. I didn’t get the workers name, she was pretty young but very pleasant and respectful and helpful. I haven’t had such a great experience like that in a restaurant in a long time.

Happy we decided to try the Davenport Qdoba, because the one over the river had us avoiding Qdoba all together.We were greeted, the employees were super nice, store was pretty clean, and our food was great.Update to 5 stars:Got to talk to the new GM who was very nice. Staff was amazing, line was clean, and food was great.

Since speaking with management, the chips serving size has been addressed and fixed.********Something is going on with the chips serving size on to-go orders. It used to be a massive brown bag full of chips. Now it's a small bag that's maybe half the serving size they used to be (see picture). The chips used to fill the pictured bowl all the way up.If you order to-go from here, maybe skip the chips until they get the serving size sorted out.Vegetarian options: Have vegan options.Parking: Parking isn't an issue.
