Staff was great, and very accommodating. The way the place was run was terrible. The food was cold. The atmosphere was hostile. We left early. Worst $140 I've ever spent in my life. Such a waste. The management needs some help by doing some classes to improve the restaurant's popularity. No one needs to be fired, just redirected. Hopefully this helps to improve the experience for others. Until it improves I will Not be back.

From the moment we stepped into the restaurant, we were amazed! The staff is attentive and spot on! Javier, our waiter was awesome. Jonathan is one of the "gauchos" is so knowledgeable. Charlie, the "manager," was an absolute pleasure to converse with. We will definitely be back!!!

It was ok definitely not worth 65 per person. There was max 5 different types of meats (including the chicken)The meat was often room temp and a bit too cold , we decided to get a pizza from antonellas afterwards cause we will still hungry.As a upscale restaurant, it’s pretty sad people have get food after spending 140 dollars at your establishmentDo the public a favor stop ripping of people with sub par meat ?Ps. Been here quite a few times. I was there tonight. Definitely not worth two people eating for $116. We sat and waited. There was only five tables 20 minutes before we even got service. Waitress never once came out and refilled our water or ask us how we were doing. Had to flag her down just to get our bill. Ridiculous
If you don't know, it's a must go! Guaranteed to fill you up, and the people are great! Strong recommendation! Gold standard of Davenport restaurants in 2024.

Planned on 4, changed to 6 then 8. After arriving our reservations were nowhere to be found. Have to say the waiter was probably the worst ever. From messing up drink orders and quite honestly barking like it was our fault. The night continued and just deteriorated..quite honestly felt ignored. Drinks were empty and when it came time for dessert, a lengthy time passed. Very dissatisfied with tonights outcome.

We enjoyed this Brazilian Steakhouse on Saturday evening during Black Friday weekend and were able to get right in. The food was EXCELLENT the service was SECOND TO NONE and just the overall experience was very good. This is our second time going to a Brazilian Steakhouse, the first visit was in the Washington DC area, and this location did not disappoint. If you don't leave completely full from this place......there is something wrong with you, lol.

A table of 6 next to us were talking very loudly. Though not the fault of the restaurant, it was very distracting. Also, something that is the resposibility of the restaurant, cleanliness of the restroom and the dining area was clearly not a priority. Some of the items on the salad bar were neglected-looked unappetizing/dry on the top-a stir by staff could have remedied that. For the price we paid, a little more attention to detail is warranted. :(
