Radisson Quad City Plaza

I have stayed at Radisson hotels and many other Club Carlson places in the past. The customer service here has been fantastic. But, beyond that, a little disappointed with the room. The first thing we noticed was, no dresser or any other place to put your folded clothes in. The living space is ample, but the bathroom is tiny. Numerous maintenance issues. We were in our 3rd room before we had functioning air conditioning. Multiple other reviews mentioned the air conditioning and management said they would address it, but clearly this was an empty promise. The door on our first room had a broken latch and had to be forced open. Checked in. Keys didn't work. Got new keys. 1 worked once but never again. Maintenance comes. Leaves to get parts. Returns, leaves to "reprogram" something, leaving tools and parts of lock on floor in room. We go to dinner. Return and key doesn't work. Night maintenance guy knows nothing about it. He finally is able to open the door and tools and parts are still on the floor in the room! Day maintenance guy had never returned. Had to repack and change rooms.
