Raw is easily the best cocktail lounge in The Quad Cities. They use fresh, quality ingredients in their food and drinks. Everything's wonderfully curated. A rare big city feel while still being intimate. The bartenders are the best ever! They are really friendly and great at crafting premium cocktails! A true gem for downtown Davenport!
Stopped by on 2/25/2025 for a drink and some sashimi. Found out they were out of fish which seemed strange for a place called Raw.
I ordered the pineapple margarita which was very tasty and not too sweet. I settled for the shrimp ceviche which was ok. It could have used a little more salt/ cilantro for flavor but overall pretty good.
I’d try it again to see what the sashimi was all about.

Loved the ambiance of the bar! The party charcuterie board was great! I'd recommend for them to add a jam and some fresh fruit, that would really tie it all together! I'd return for sure.
