Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I was there with my wife and daughter and the service was good but my daughter didn't like the cheese pizza because it had a different taste and the queso was good but the chips were way to salty,the rest of our food was good but spending $88.00 was a bit much especially $22.00 for my sandwich was crazy so we will not be coming there again for quite a while.

Vegetarian options: I love going there. I just missed the handmade hamburgers. I don’t like the patty itself.

The restaurant is so poorly mismanaged works standing around when there are 10 dirty tables. Cold food. We will never visit agsin

Good food. Server was never by to see if we needed anything even though not busy.

Was shown to a table with crumbs. Several tables nearby that had not been cleaned off. It was 3 in afternoon. Sat there for several min. Waiter walked by on his phone, got up and left. Will never go there again

I was excited about going ,but it was freezing inside the restaurant, by the time food came you had to eat fast so your food wasn't cold,( it also seemed like their endless fries where cooked in old oil),we had to keep our coats on to stay half way comfortable. The sad thing is we won't be coming back to this location... I want to add that our waitress was great, though

Went here even after seeing all the reviews because rest of my family wanted to come here. It was a mistake,wasn't very busy,but still took a long time to get seated and to get someone to serve us,only 3 servers there. Took almost 45 minutes to get our food after ordering and quality wasn't worth the price! Will not come here ever again,better restaurants with better service and quality of food out there

Orders should be done BEFORE a dasher gets here. I shouldnt be waiting 15 min on you to decide to finish up so I can make my money

I ordered onion rings, and they came in a tear which was attractive but completely greased out. The server seemed dishevelled and barely came to our table.

Service and food were decent, it was a little loud do to alot of children. However,$60 for 2 burgers, fries, 2soft drinks, and tip was ridiculous, never again!

Pretty disappointed with the service. Waitress never returned after food was dropped off. Drinks were almost finished by this point and was never given or offered a refill. Left to get more drinks and dessert elsewhere.

Always had amazing experience ordering food from here.. they have good collection of vegetarian options.. but recently had a very bad experience.. ordered food and picked it up.. labels were all correct and when we came home and opened the box it was all different.. we had to go back at night to return the food and reorder the food . All I got was an unapologetic sorry for the trouble of driving back. Why would one pay 20 percent tip for a pick up service like this!!
