The music is way to Loud. The noise was horrible. You couldn't hear conversations at our table because of the loud noise. We spent over $100.00 and we should've been able to talk to one another but couldn't because of the loud music. We had a cousin lunch there one Tuesday and we had to ask them to please turn music down and the gal did. I don't understand why you have to have it so loud. Hard on ears. I've been to places for dinner and they have soft music. I probably won't be back if you continue the loud music. I think it's disrespectful.

My family and I thought the food here was great. The cleanliness of the restaurant, on the other hand, was pretty disappointing. We arrived right at 11:00 when the restaurant opened. Immediately, we noticed that the front door hadn’t been cleaned in a long, long time. There were greasy finger prints on both sides of it, which made for a pretty bad first impression. Once inside, the situation wasn’t much better. Pretty much every area of this location looked like it had been neglected and was in need of a deep cleaning. Again, I stress that this was right when the restaurant opened. Wouldn’t the early crew want to tidy things up a bit and start fresh for the day, before customers start filing in? Even though the food was tasty, we couldn’t help but wonder to ourselves “If the dining room is this filthy, how bad must the kitchen area be”? Luckily, nobody got sick, but I’d be a bit apprehensive about eating at this Red Robin location again. That’s really unfortunate, because we love Red Robin and this is our closest location.

Sorry I have to post, due to me liking Red Robin. However this one in particular I had to post. Coming from church across the street (Coremdeo) the best church!! But having to come into a 20min wait of 6 individuals was ok, considering the busyness at the time. We end up being seated by the hostess, and the area was not that busy, nonetheless we were seated and after 15min no one came to assist. Waitresses were literally walking by and attending others as they were being seated. Not trying to make this a racial thing, but observing the environment we were the only people of color in the building!! It’s disheartening to get prepared for a decent meal, from what we thought was a pretty good establishment, and our service be this poor, unprofessional, and down right unacceptable. Talk to the manager who was working today 3/24/24, was really not apologetic, she stated it was a communication mishap and just said sorry! No.. I will get someone over there right away, it was just sorry as we told her we were leaving.. Poor Management and Service etiquette all around!!

I got the impossible burger which I thought was really good, would’ve liked it a bit better if it was hot coming out though. Sweet potato fries are bangin’, and I feel like the portions are good sized.

I just wanted to say. WOW. Hailey went way above and beyond for me. And I greatly appreciate her and her had work. I got to say she is absolutely very personable and professional. Extremely beautiful and had a great smile. She made my salad perfectly and with utmost care..... now you may say.. it's just a salad.... no... I workout alot and am on a cutting cycle and it's important to get all my protein and macro nutrients in every day and to be healthy. Red Robin's Cobb salad with modifications fits my needs perfectly. Now I order this $25 salad every day, 7 days a week. On top, i buy other meals multiple times a week for others. I have to say Hailey has made the thousands I've spent with red Robin worth ever penny, and contributed to my positive health and well-being. And for that I greatly appreciate her and red Robin. As a 5 star small business owner myself, I want to say I hope red Robin's establishment knows how lucky they are to have an amazing, kind and smart woman like Hailey at there side. And how vital an important she will be to the future and growth of the business

Ordered a burger with no pickles. Burger came loaded with pickles. By the time anyone came back to the table the wife had pretty much finished her food. The waitress could care less. So needless to say we won't ever be going back here and you shouldn't either. If you're by this place Granite City is your better option everytime.
