I drove 2 hrs just to come eat at Robert’s Buffet was excited all day about coming! Got here at 5pm they open at 3:30 EVERY BIT OF THE FOOD WAS ICE COLD INCLUDING THE MEAT! It was so tough cold and fried out I couldn’t even chew it. Everything on this bar was cold! Not 1 thing even piss warm! I was so upset the salad was warmer than the hot food! We won’t be back. I could have at at Golden Corral had the same type food for half the price and their food is warmer! Worst 65.00 of my life! TO EVERYONE THAT READS THIS DON’T WAST YOUR TIME FIND ANOTHER BUFFET

I took my wife and 2 kids here the lady at the front was semi rude but the food was honestly not very good the chicken my son ate was bloody inside.this place was amazing a few years ago but now save the money golden corral is better and thats terrible !! Hope this helps

We have eaten here before and really liked the food. Tonight, May 14,2026 however was AWFUL. Most serving containers were empty or so little that the items left were dried out…other items were cold…a lot of the items had no flavor whatsoever..Very disappointing for a $30 buffet!

Went to the taco buffet and they ran out of food 1 hr 45 min in, food was never replenished and set up was extremely poor. I submitted a complaint and nothing was justified. Save your money and go somewhere else.

PATHETIC! TOTAL RIP OFF!! USED to love your buffet but on 3/14/2026 we (4 of us) went, as we usually do on special occasions, & I was DISAPPOINTED to say the least. Asked for a slice of prime rib & it was so thin it looked like deli style roast beef! Had to physically show her with my fingers how thick I wanted it & even then she didn't get it right. I heard another person behind me (total stranger) saying the food was NO GOOD, I told her pathetic is a better word to describe it! You raised your price by $5 or so compare to last yr & THEY decide how much beef you get! Dessert bar was not better. No longer have carrot cake NOR pecan pie. Apple pie looked so dry I didn't try it got a brownie & the edge was so hard I couldn't even get my fork into it. Travel an hour and a half (each way) to get there! NOT WORTH THE DRIVE!! Have 2 birthdays coming up in April, normally would go to you but after Saturday we'll be celebrating locally whereas WON'T GET RIPPED OFF!!

We go to Grand Falls Casio near Sioux Falls South Dakota , almost every weak end for the last 3 or 4 years. The food is good, but the reason we keep coming back, is because of Lennny and Sharon. Food was cold and overcooked. And even when we said something, they said...yeah that's how we cook. Never again, just awful.
Edit per management request--- the prime rib was tough a shoe leather and cold, the custard was curdled, the lobster casserole was dried out and cold, the chicken was so dried out it was inedible, and I could go on but I think you get the picture. We will never spend our money at Robert's Buffet again.

Had a great time. Lots of options, and food was very good, especially the biscuits and gravy. Only issue is it’s a bit expensive for what it is.
Went twice recently to ensure our experience wasn't a fluke. Good meat and Asian food. AVOID the grape fruit (nearly rancid) biscuits and gravy (oddly tasted like soap) and their juices are watered down from concentrate. I think they skimping on quality ingredients to save money from an already expensive buffet. This never ends well for eateries.

Went friday 12/19/2025 for dinner with my wife and daughter. The price was steap but we figured the food would be worth it. The food was barely warm. They didnt refill much of anything. So the 82 dollars and change was definitely not worth it. Will not return to this buffet
