Isabella was absolutely incompetent and double charged me and when I asked why I was charged twice she told me to "calm down" I was nothing but nice. It was an error on her part and all she had to was apologize but the fact she told me to "calm down" when I questioned 2 charges on my account is completely inappropriate.

We are truck drivers and wanted to watch the playoff games, have dinner and a beer. After reading the reviews we were skeptical.We walked in and immediately greeted by Alyissa our server that was exceptional!! The food was amazing! Despite the reviews we never had to chase down our server for anything. Exceptional service. We had bone in wings, boneless wings and pretzel sticks that were delicious. Everything was hot. Our pizza, was out of this world good!! Thank you for a great night we appreciate you! Whatever you do, don't pass this place up!!

The bartender was the RUDEST I have ever experienced. We waited over 10 minutes at the bar right in front of her, was never acknowledged. We finally just asked for a beer and she walked right past us as if we weren’t there and served someone else who had just walked up. She flung the cooler open, grabbed two beers yanked the tops off of them and literally broke one of the bottles. Will never return there!
I'll return there whenever I can. I might be going there Sunday. They help host certain groups events. Tarynn Hallmann is one of their best employees.

We visited rookies tonight for the first time and it was absolutely amazing!! Our bartender was Tarynn, who was serving and bartending and very on top of it! They had 6.99 double cheeseburger baskets which was the best cheeseburger ive had in quite some time and we got our 4 burger baskets in 20 minutes top!! We will definitely be returning and I definitely recommend trying this place, you will not regret it!

Sports bar and only one obscured TV had ncaa mens tournament on it and it was zoomed in where you could not see sores or game tome.. other tvs had boxing, golf, drama show, ice hockey...maybe one main tv over bar should have mens ncaa games on it?

Welcoming staff very friendly! Food was awesome!! No one’s going home hungry and the price is good! Only giving a 4 star rating because I like a craft draft pilsner or lager. Not much selection but has several IPAs on draft. Definitely recommend and definitely would come back! Thanks for a pleasant experience and awesome food!

Came with a large group, however we DID notify management in advance and it was approved by them. Bartender said they didn't tell anyone who actually was on site that we were coming so that was fun.They did their best but we overwhelmed them and the kitchen and most of the staff were grumpy about it. Don't blame them.The gal looking after our giant group was really sweet and took it in stride. I'm sure we annoyed her too but you could not tell.
