I live not far from the east village. Short drive ! Exellent bar, especially the tequila bar! Waitresses are very pleasant. Food is great !!!

When I came in to ask for seats for eight, they just looked at us and said we do not have any chairs available and there was plenty of tables and they literally just walked away

This used to be so good. Cheese turns into a solid mass that is impossible to cut with a fork. Which you need to provide because ordering that and a salsa at $4.50 doesn’t mean you’ll receive either. You will spill the sauce included with the chips and cheese because pulling a chip off the pile of melded cheese will take some serious force. So be prepared for that. Maybe it isn’t as bad in the restaurant but cannot ever recommend enchiladas for chips with cheese and salsa for carry out. They subscribe to the drive through theory and we know what happens at the drive through. Taking Rudy’s off my must visit places when I get back to Iowa, sadly.

Rudy's has quite a few Quad Cities locations, and I feel that THIS one is the best! The food is very good, and the wait staff is accommodating and friendly. My waitress remembered me from several weeks ago; she's very sweet and efficient.
The restaurant itself is clean and features a pleasant, relaxing vibe. The Ladies' room is also clean and spacious.
There are prints by a local artist, on the walls. I purchased one, and got to meet the artist, Tom Hempel.
Beside my own leftovers, my waitress sent more food home with me (free gratis), as a Door Dash order got cancelled. She said that they'd just have to dump it, so I should have it. I think that's really nice of them, plus, it'd be a travesty to waste perfectly good food. I'm eternally grateful for such generosity.

The owner Brice is very professional & has this place running great!! Never disappoints my wife and kids! By far the best location. Friendly laid back atmosphere and speedy service with hot fresh food served!

The food was good, the Margaritas were amazing. We ate at the counter. We were watched 👀 the entire time. Literally stared at and felt totally rushed. I got up to use the restroom and the little handicapped girl reached out to take our drinks. I have nothing against under privileged people working. I want to know why the 2 waitresses let this happen? If there is a next time, we'll be sitting at a table as far from the counter as we can possibly get!

Ordered two small combos to go, had to go back for rice/beans. Got home and opened container and it was the worst excuse for a small combo. Tostado was flimsy paper like shell. Smelled like old burnt grease. Called and got money refunded. Will never go back there!

Rudy’s in Milan has messed up our order for the past three orders. We heard it switched ownership and ever since then, there’s been mistake after mistake. We enjoy the servers when we dine in. Very friendly. But the food is subpar and has errors. We don’t mind paying extra for extra cheese but there wasn’t any on today’s order to-go. New ownership has been skimping on portions. Also, one of my bean tostada was embarrassing. It was sitting under another one, halfway covered. We asked for hot and mild sauce and came home and none in any bag. That’s honestly why I still eat there. The mild and hot sauce are unique even though I bet it’s nothing too crazy if I were to look into how it’s made. But it’s local and we love supporting local restaurants. It’s just a huge disappointment that it’s consistently going downhill. And now becoming a waste of our money. I’d love to keep ordering from them, but it just seems like we are setting ourselves up for wasting our money and issues with our order. I hope to hear good things from my friends and family because that’s the only way we will keep going. I’ll talk about our experiences to them and once I hear they had a good meal and experience, I’ll think about going again. What a bummer.
