They charge an up charge of $5 to add a sliver of chicken to a Kids Quesadilla. When I asked about it all I got told was “I don’t make the rules, we just charge.” If I’m paying $12 for a kids meal for my kid, why wouldn’t I just get an adult size?? Place is a rip off, save your money. Not worth the microwaved food.

We used to frequent this Rudys once a week. We stopped due to cold and microwaved food 3 visits in a row. Went tonight for the first time in over a month hoping perhaps things have been fixed. I ordered my normal enchiladas and they are rock hard on all ends of each enchilada in the order and the cheese is rubbery. Very disappointed and will not be returning to this one.

Food was great as always, along with the server. And another server offered some of her own money to some young kids at the table next to us which I thought was great. But I’ve tried the margaritas at this location several times and they suck every time, I don’t think I’ve ever been able to finish one 🤷🏼‍♀️

when you hear a waitress complaining on a tues that they won't be getting enough $$ during the day, having to explain that they dont do taco Tuesdays, when 3 tacos are now $12? $4 a taco? maybe dont skyrocket your prices, for mediocre tacos.. and to top it off.. when your bill comes to $17.33 and give them your card to run, the bill that comes back is $18.77.. everyone that goes to this place needs to see the bill, then what they charge you.. it isn't the same.. I gave $2 for the shady shit they tried to pull..

I used to love Rudy's west. The last time I got food there, it was unedible. I spent $56 for food. I had to throw in the garbage. I will never go back. I don't know what they do there now, but it is not worth going to trust me, save your money

Depends on the location. East Moline is horrible. Milan and Eldridge are the Best ones
