Just want to say, if you put on the window and the signage that you are open for business till 3pm you should take orders till 3pm. No one gives a crap what time your staff stops working and goes home. If a customer shows up before 3pm you should take their order and then let them eat even if it means you wait till 3:30pm for them to leave. If you want all workers out of the store by 3pm doors locked then you should say your open till 2pm and plan for staff to be there till 3...
The new owner is very hospitable and friendly to guests. The service has improved greatly. Still looks the same inside. But overall, there are some improvements. I'm likely going to eat there more often, it's improved that much.
