Food was amazing ambience was great but service was absolutely terrible waitress complained of short staffing. Asked for butter and that waiter never came back it was somebody else 15 mins later. Waitress checked on us very twice. She looked very flustered. Was there over 1.5 hours food took hour and 10mins

From the moment we walked in for our anniversary dinner we were stunned. From Rod's friendly and warm welcome as if he knew me to Terri's excellent & poignant timing whenever we needed something was fantastic. The ambience is second to none across the Quad Cities, and the food was the star of our evening. We knew going into our meal this would be a top end evening for our budget, however the cuisine lived up to the hype and price.

Wonderful experience overall. Exceptional service with attention to detail. We were very impressed with the food quality and presentation. It was a beautiful evening to enjoy the view. We highly recommend it.

Food was decent for a Steak House but felt some of the food tasted bland. Ordered Prime Rib special and when presented it was smaller than anticipated and looked like been sitting in window for a few too many minutes. Also didn't like how all beer served was poured from bottles, nothing on tap.

Our server wasn't very personable come the start. As the dinner went on we had several issues. My guest had a good amount of ice cold water spilled on her which left most of one side of her body wet. The server kept apologizing which is nice as we understand accidents happen. It was a lot of water though and was very cold. I ordered the filet medallions with shrimp. I recently became aware of a cows milk allergy so have been avoiding it for the past week. When I ordered I asked if the mashed potatoes contain dairy that I would like a baked potato instead. Baked potato came out but my food still had mashed potatoes with butter in them plated. Waitress took it back to have it remade. It was at least 20 mins of not a bit longer before I received my meal. All 3 guests with me were nearly done eating at this point. My husband was done and ready for his to go box. The food was plated with fingering potatoes with clarified butter which I didn't ask for. I didn't say anything even though I wasn't real happy especially after waiting so long for it all to be remade without the potatoes. Finally we received our two checks and I was charged $8 for the baked potato and my friend wasn't offered anything comped for her troubles and very wet outfit. We asked for baked potato to be removed from check and our server argued it and told us she didn't understand what we were asking and that I ordered a bowl of mashed potatoes which I did not. Mashed potatoes came with my meal. I didn't order a side of them at all just asked for a plain baked potato if the mashed contained dairy. Needless to say it was an awful dining experience and the ending wasn't ideal. What type of 5 star restaurant treats their guests this way? My bill was $230 without tip and my friends was $200. I normally tip 25% for good service and only left 15% this time due to lack of service. 4th visit and no issues before this. Embarrassed we brought our friends here. Hope to return but will need time.

We LOVE Ruthie's. Steve served us last night and he is ALWAYS on point. He is knowledge and accommodating. The food was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Always delicious and made just the way we like. Will definitely be back soon!!

Service was outstanding! Was not impressed with the steak too much. Ordered medium rare and it was over cooked. Flavor was decent but nothing too WOW over especially with the price.

When we arrived at the restaurant I was impressed with the atmosphere
And ambiance of the restaurant. We were seated and the waitress was very nice and did a excellent job at all stages of the dining experience. But I was disappointed with the quality of the food. The meat started out ok with fresh breads and 2 compound butters and a well of oil and gratings of Parmigiano . We. Ordered the seafood pasta. I ordered a wedge salad . The salad came out and was garnished with a brown ugly " sundried
Tomato " I had to ask what it was . And it looked unappealing and rotten. The wedge was dresses in straight balsamic vinegar . That was all you could taste and it burnt my tongue. The blue cheese crumble and bacon couldn't stand up to it and the flavorless fried onios all over the top of it added nothing to this salad. Then the pasta came. The sauce was thick and pasty , had little flavor and a clunky texture , i was thankfully that there was not a lot of it to dress the bland noodles. And it was shocking to me that a restaurant of this caliber would have a chef who servs seafood that is over cooked. The scallops ruined , the shrimp had as a rock, the lobster chunks horribly overcooked. At this price point , the seafood should have been perfectly cooked, not barely edible and a terrible experience. The sauce should have been a silky creamy smooth delight. Instead of a party thick flavorless mess. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone as the food was not good. And it's a shame really. We looked forward to our experience there as a first time. And we're both left very disappointed.

My wife and I came here for our 8th wedding anniversary. First, we got the complimentary bread 2 different butters and olive oil. The bread and topping options were very good. We got the pheasant cevit as an appetizer, which was decent. It kinda tasted like tuna and was topped with cheese. For our entree, we split the 14oz demonico and got asparagus, the garlic mashed potatoes, and mac and cheese. The asparagus was 6/10, nothing special. The mashed potatoes get 7/10 pretty decent. The mac and cheese get the same 7/10. Finally, the steak gets 10/10. The flavor coming out of the steak was amazing. Would recommend overall as everyone's taste pallet is different, but overall, it was a great experience. We also got a rich piece of chocolate cake, which my wife loved.

Prime Rib was very good. Lobster bisque is very tasty but portion too small even though it's served on enormous platter. Baked potato good but slightly undercooked. Also served on awkward plate that is too narrow for potato causing to come off plate.
