Cool arcade, but the service is absolutely terrible, and it took over an hour and a half to NOT get Philly fries when they weren't putting out other food. Kept getting lied to about them getting made when they weren't. Had to ask for a refund after I was there WAY longer than I wanted to be. Had to argue to get the refund for the food I never received. Worst service I've ever seen by far.

This place used to be good for some quiet pool play. Now its a game room for kids that has some hourly pool tables. If there is a league or tournament, you will not be able to play and walk around there comfortably, I was directed to go through the game room to access the back tables during league play as not to disrupt the players. Not a lot of tables like the past. Only one table in the bar and very limited on open hourly tables if they are a little busy. The acrade/games has ruined this place, very loud and too many young kids, not a good place for them. This place is a lame excuse for a pool room . Quad Cities needs a new pool hall! Let Sharkys be the arcade they want to be and buy they"re pool tables.
