Not only was the order $5 more than it said it would be than when I tried to order online, they got the order wrong even though I had checked twice at check out that it was right. Very disappointing.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Don’t make the mistake that I made and assume putting the right sandwiches in the bag or making sure ALL sandwiches are in the bag should be a piece of cake. So learn from my misfortune and dump your entire order on your front seat to make sure it’s complete. Otherwise, you are out your money if you ordered through the app. as well as being out your lunch.

And yes, I called the store. My options were to drive the 30 minute round trip to get the rest of my lunch (sorry, lunch break is over!), have my name written down so I could come back at my leisure to experience more excruciatingly poor customer service when the manager on duty knows nothing of my plight and can’t find the random scrap of paper that has my name OR I could request a refund through the app but they have no clue how that works.

The only good thing about this place is the food. I dread coming to this place simply because of how difficult it is to GET FOOD THERE. I have ordered sauces every time I wasted my time coming around and every. Single. Time. They don't put any of the sauces I explicitly ordered in the bag even if I PAID FOR IT. I'm broke. I don't have these sauces at home.

Made food wrong. Check food before leaving. Made me feel like I was an inconvenience because they put cheese and mayo on my burger when I asked for it not to be. Also, I forgot my fries.

On 12/19/2024 around 12:00 noon lunchtime had a very unpleasant encounter with person at drive up. I was looking at menu & ask the person to hold on a moment while I look. Then that person raised their voice to me & said all you have to say is you need some time & was yelling at me upset & mad cause I told them I did say that. My opinion that person does not have customer service & should not be working there, bad for Sonic I left without ordering anything.

Girl who brought out the food was lacking in customer service, no interaction at all. Just here's your total. Here's your food, and when she had to grab change, he said nothing just walked off. When she came back, I again said thank you, and she said nothing. On top of that, the double bacon burger I got for my kid was made wrong. So I had to call back in to get it fixed, which they did with no other issue.
