Ordered door dash, got two smash burgers, a chili dog, and lemonade. First tried the chili dog, I've never had one this good ever. Spilt a little chili so I put some on the burger, and it makes it taste Soo much better!!

No door dash cup seal on my cup, how do I know it wasn't tampered with now? Made my experience horrendous, because why? Especially in this day and age! I've been working food for 20 years and I know doordash sends those cup stickers. And as a ex sonic Employee, do better. Smh.

The exceedingly rude lady at the drive through should be fired. I think she was intentionally getting our order wrong? I spoke our order 5 times to her before it was right and then when we got to the window it still was not right. Asked to speak to a manager. Either one was not available or she was lying to cover her self. Won’t be back. Name on our receipt was Alexis. She was a small bitter dark haired wrench. Should not be in hospitality. Took it to a new low.

Do better. Worst customer service. Trying to explain my order and getting talked over not once, not twice, but three times! Couldn’t even get a word out and not only was the lady talking over me but she had an attitude for what? I drove off and was just very disappointed with whoever helped me. Hadn’t been to sonic in quite some time and just thought I’d give it another shot, bad choice.
A hot fudge sundae should not be vanilla ice cream with a drizzle of fudge around the rim of the cup. I swear every time I order a hot fudge sundae I get less and less fudge if I just wanted vanilla ice cream I would order a cup of vanilla ice cream just saying

it took 40 minutes for them to bring out 2 slushies. we ordered ahead and sat in a half empty lot for 40 minutes. terrible experience
