Today was the 4th time I have attempted to go to this location in the last year. Everytime I have went I go to a stall because I just want a single drink and don't want to wait in line for a single drink. Each time they have either not answered or tell me they are doing drive thru only. So I just left and so did the other car next to me. They must not want to make money at this location. I used to go to sonic all the time and still do just not this one. If there was a zero star option that is what this would be since the couldn't provide any service.

I waited several minutes to place my order once i got into place to order. Also there are 2 pot holes that were at least 6 inches deep to get to the order screen. I then waited about 5 more minutes for the people in front of me to get their food. And then waited another few minutes while i was waiting for my food. I did have time to notice how dirty it is under the the window where i puck up my food was.

I went through the drive thru the lady at the speaker said just one moment and ended up waiting for 7 mins I kept saying hello no answer and no customer in front of me but a line was forming behind me and when the lady finally said something she said she didn’t know I was there .. she was friendly and nothing against her at all but something wrong with the drive thru sensors or something

Every time i go here the staff always says their systems r down n we cant order at all or they tell me it will be a minute and have me waiting for over 10 minutes just to order my food when there is literally no line at

Mannn this place buggin. So there I was, pullin' up all excited, ready to dive into some bomb chili dogs and slushies. But nah, the universe had other plans for me that day. I roll up to the stall, and I'm like, "Ayo, lemme get that number 3 combo," but bruh, the mic must've been from the stone age or something 'cause it wasn't picking up nothing! I'm out here shouting like I'm trying to communicate with someone on Mars, and the only response I get is this dude with an attitude telling me, "Yo, speak up!" Like, my guy, I'm practically screaming here, what more do you want? I ain't trying to audition for no opera, I'm just hungry! After going back and forth, I felt like I was in some sort of bootleg fast-food opera, and I wasn't about to lose my voice over it. So, I was like, "Nah, this ain't it," and I just dipped out. Rolled my window up and drove off to give Raising Cane's my coins instead. At least they know how to listen without turning it into a whole performance. Stay outta there!! They trippin fam!!

Went through the drive-thru this afternoon to get my Diet Cherry Limeade. Got my drink and slowly began to drive off, but an employee ran out to stop me because apparently someone said the Sprite had run out, so she took my drink back to remake it. I wouldn’t have even known, but she didn’t want me to have a bad drink. I just thought that spoke volumes about her as a Sonic employee, that she went out of her way to do that. Very happy with my experience there today!

Waited in drive thru for over 20minutes. All we wanted was drinks. Idk if they are short staffed or what but they cannot handle being busy. They told us to hold on cause they had 5 orders up which put them behind. FIVE ORDERS is not alot for a restaurant.

"Not too busy" yeah, right.Put an indicator on your kiosks when they're closed so I don't wait at one until some poor worker has to let me know that the kiosks are closed and I need to wait for another ten minutes in the drive thru.Can't comment on the food because I left before I got to order due to the wait in the drive thru. Went next door to Dairy Queen instead, but if it's as bad as their service, I wouldn't waste my time on their swill.

I'm just so frustrated. I paid 6.99 for a chicken sandwich and got a piece that barely covered half the sandwich. And then when I tried to eat it, it was just so insanely chewy. Like for how expensive the food is, you'd think people would care. But that doesn't happen too often around the Quad Cities. Wouldnt waste my money here ever again. I suggest training on what is and isn't acceptable to send out to a customer.
