Everything was amazing. I will be back.
We got the fried pork chop and fried chicken meals w mashed ootatoes, dressing, spicy cabbage and greens to take back to Des Moines. Food was soooooo good even reheated! Flavor and seasonings were perfect! Highly recommend! Only regret was not ordering more. Service, food and ambiance all ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Soul Ties is a balm to Davenport, offering amazing and fantastic soul-comfort food. The atmosphere is awesome, amazing, cool, and spacious with an open, chill vibe and music. Service is top notch, awesome, and great, with staff that are friendly, helpful, funny, and quick. Seating is immediate and food comes out fast and hot.
The menu has a large variety of items. Appetizers like the spinach dip, described as creamy and cheesy with fresh tortilla chips, are the best ever. Many favorites are absolutely loved. These include the catfish, fried fish, fried chicken, smothered pork chops, lemon pepper chicken wings, shrimp and grits, and meatloaf. Sides are equally delicious, with highlights being the mac&cheese, green beans, creamed corn, collard greens, creamy spinach, and yams. The spaghetti features a non-traditional but damn good sauce. Everything is fresh, hot, seasoned to perfection, fried just right, and considered the best food in the city. It is a highly recommended, nap-worthy spot worth a long drive.
