Okay so full disclosure I don't really like Starbucks. I don't even like coffee and I think all of their drinks are overpriced and I didn't want to go there anyway But my daughter had a special drink that she had read about on the internet that she wanted made and she had a medical appointment so I decided to indulge her.

I will say she loved her smoothie which was essentially what it was even though that's not what she called it. It was however $11. This I had planned for. What I had not planned for was that we would wait 20 minutes to get it. This was at 10 a.m. and there were only three people ahead of us. I don't know if this is normal for a Starbucks drive-thru, but for folks who thought sure I have time to stop for a drink because I have 30 extra minutes.... Maybe I should just apply for my honorary Boomer membership right now cuz I feel like an old man screaming at clouds but, damn.

Ordered 2 frappes online and went through the drive thru to pick up. One order they put whip cream on when the printed label on the cup said no whip. They also gave me the wrong lid on the other drink like how am I supposed to drink a frappe without a straw through a tiny hole?? Cups were also sticky and leaking all over my car soon as they handed them to me. And I'm supposed to pre-tip for this service? lol

Baristas take their sweet time making the drinks and are rude all the time, for no reason. Every time I go to this Starbucks location, I wait at least HALF AN HOUR for two drinks. I would understand it if there was a line, but every time I’ve experienced this, the drive through line has been nearly empty, as well as the store.

It is very clear that the baristas just don’t want to work there or deal with customers. Like, get a different job if you are so overwhelmed by being a barista 🤦🏻‍♀️

Overall just a bad store. Employees aren’t friendly and a rude and my drink is constantly messed up every time. Save yourself a trip and just drive to the next closes one trust me it would be wayyyy worth it then going here.

I had 2 perfect, caramel brulée ice lattes today made by Gavin! He was in there whippin' out coffee's keeping that drive through moving. He's pleasant, helpful, and provided excellent customer service ❤️

Came to take my family for coffee. All four open tables and associatef seats had food, crumbs, used napkins and coffee on them. I asked for a rag to wipe them, and the girl told me to wait.

So they proceeded to make our coffees which I appreciate, but we had nowhere to sit.

I then asked another employee for a rag and she wiped the mess up saying they are short staffed.

Certainly, with four employees working somebody can make sure there are clear tables and seats.

Judging by the first response I got it is more a case of laziness and poor management.

This store frequently makes our drinks wrong and often doesn't apologize for it. A lot of the people there are rude or just unfriendly. Recently they made fun of a coworker in front of customers.... Not an inclusive space as advertised on their door.
