The worst Starbucks experience ever. The Veteran's Day coffee selection was only for one of two choices, and neither were even remotely good. There are many local coffee houses that are much better and charge you less for a bigger cup. Service was adequate, but not exceptional. Never really been a fan of Starbucks, but I thought maybe I had just gotten a bad cup the one time I tried their regular coffee and wanted to give them a second chance. Even my wife who IS a fan of Starbucks said it was bad.

The baristas here are amazing! I underestimated the amount of time I had to place my mobile order before I got there to pick it up and they were still so sweet anyways! They made my drink absolutely perfect and still took time to write something funny on my cup that brought a smile to my face. They really made my day and I appreciate all their hard work and kindness!

Drinks were undrinkable. Maybe clean the machines once in a while? Not eligible for a refund, even, because they did not deign to give us a receipt.

Terrible Starbucks experience. First I ordered a cappuccino. It was with 2% milk because I forgot to mention my milk preference. I was ok with that but the cappuccino was more like a latte with a big dab of foam on top, kinda flat. I didn’t want a ton of milk so went back in, told her I didn’t like it because of too much milk and I’d like cortado instead, hoping it would be equal parts of espresso and milk. I took the lid off so she could throw the cappuccino away and see I had only taken one sip. The cup was filled to the top. She then charged me or the cortado. While the barista was making the drink, I let her know that I had worked for Starbucks for 10 years and was curious when the policies had changed on customer dissatisfaction and having to pay for a second drink. She wasn’t aware of any policy changes. The cortado came out like an 8oz latte mostly filled with milk again. As a former Starbucks manager, would apologize remake their drink for free AND give them a recovery coupon for a free drink at any Starbucks. I would them assure them, they could always feel comfortable to let us know if the beverage was less than perfect and we’d always remake it. I’d tell them you can use this coupon at any Starbucks but we hope you’ll return to our store where we’ll always make sure you leave with the best drink ever! My customers would tell me they pass other Starbucks to get to mine! I’m used to a friendly staff and delicious espresso. I was surprised I didn’t find that here. I went to another coffee shop…

I’m pretty sure they gave me an old drink, I ordered an iced matcha latte. When i got to the window, there was no sticker on the cup, cold foam on it, and matcha settled on the bottom. I’m not sure what happened, the matcha was really good though.

I order here every morning and my ticket always says no milk foam but unless I pull to the window and say can you make sure it's no milk foam it ends up in there! I called the worker told me it was nothing they could do and was sorry that that make the same mistake everyday! What's the point of customizing your drink if they make it how they want to anyway!

Not a great experience at all! Barista taking orders had to be told multiple times the order, my mom ordered a matcha to be unsweetened and it came out more sweet. Went to ask to have it redone and it was responded with annoyance. One employee was extremely rude and talking LOUDLY about having to remake the drink even though our request was not meant to be huge. Was not the starbucks atmosphere we were used to.

Nobody says a single word to you as you wait for a to go order, or even if you go to register to place an order… once someone actually comes to the register, they stand there and look at you waiting for you to speak. Not everyone wears an apron, which I thought was required. Horrific customer service. Go to the coffee house or 392.

My order was perfect! I'm not in the Quad Cities very often & had a little time to kill, so this hit the spot.

Parking: The store, itself, was easily seen from 53rd St & Elmore, but after turning off of Elmore, I wasn't sure where to go as there were no signs for Starbucks, on the side street, with the other businesses in the area. After driving around the buildings for a few mins, I found the way to the store.
