this location makes drinks very well but this is the second time in the last week that i placed an order online to pick up, and they didn’t have the food that i ordered. they also make you contact customer service for a refund. i will continue to order drinks here, but im done ordering food as the staff doesn’t seem to realize that they need to update their system when they run out of something.

This company is *unfair* to their workers & pays them peanuts ?. Some products are pretty good, but I will boycott all their stores & encourage others to do likewise until the company begins treating/paying their workers better.

My husband and I have started going to this location instead of our normal one because of how they make our drinks and the employees are always nice. However today the girl working the window was extremely rude. My husband asked for no ice in his drink and they handed it to him with ice, no big deal we told them we asked for no ice. She ripped the drink out of my husbands hand, looked at the order sticker like we lied. Handed him the drink with no ice and he asked for a straw and she had an attitude about that as well.. I’m sorry, but if you can’t handle customer service don’t work in the industry.

The employees are super nice and helpful! If Danny is working, she knows my drink, and has it started by the time I get up to pay. She's the best!
