I got the strawberry frappe and instead of putting the strawberry syrup on the side and on the bottom of the cup I asked them to mix it in. She made the drink I tried it and there was absolutely no strawberry flavor it just tasted like milk!!!! I then said it again and she looked at me like I was stupid mean while I’ve gotten this drink many times before and this time it is literally white I’m like normally it’s darker hint the flavor and she still kept looking at me like I was stupid she made it again and once again no flavor it tasted like milk! Idk what is up with the girls here. I asked for extra flavor even the second time and it still tasted like milk! I have never had a drink this light colored but also never gotten a drink that plain tasted like milk!!! I am highly disappointed

I ordered a venti pike with cream, the staff there charged me extra for adding cream to the coffee. When I asked about the up charge, they stated that is their policy. I have been to Starbucks all over the world and NEVER had an extra charge to add cream to the coffee. I will never visit this Starbucks again.

Generally I'd love to leave a great review for this place. But unfortunately yesterday morning was probably the worst experience I've had at this location. The two young ladies were arguing and being nasty towards each other it was uncomfortable. Arguing when I was trying to order my drinks. Reiterate myself multiple times. Argued while making my drinks. Then gives me a half empty cup. When I said something. The young girl then tried to proceed to tell me it was done correctly. I had two hot drinks. When the larger one feels a lot lighter then the smaller drink. We have problems. I don't typically go on a Sunday morning and never will again. Lack of professionalism.

These girls, and the one guy, are all fun to come see for great drinks. I havent tried the snacks, etc. But, the girls always act happy to see a customer, willing to mix any ingredients in to a drink for you, and the place is always clean. You may have the occasional wait if there is only one scheduled, but she will always acknowledge you and tell you she will be right with you.
