The bar has a nice vibe with plenty of table seating and only one TV for sports. We started with the mozzarella appetizer, which was delicious – big, crispy squares of fried mozzarella served with a tasty black raspberry compote for dipping. I ordered the “smash” burger; while it was really good, it’s a bit too thick to be a true smash burger by most standards. The fries were pretty standard, nothing special. My wife went for the hot chicken sandwich, and she loved it – big portion, great flavor. Overall, we had a great experience and might come back to try more of their beers. A cool perk: you can get a 4-pack of their beer with four different varieties for $20, which is a fun option.

I try to stop at least once a week and it is well worth it! I dont often eat when I stop in, but the times that I have, the food was great. Bartenders and waitress have always been great as well. The beer selection is good and I love the flavor. 👍🫶

Great food and beer with a friendly staff and good atmosphere with a view of the mighty Mississippi River.
Cool place, good beer, and a cool band. Bartenders did their best but it was pretty slow getting drinks. Single stall bathrooms is a fail. All that is fine but if you want to eat, my food was terrible. Italian beef sandwich with dry bread and more vegetables than meat. Would go back but only for a few drinks and leave to use the bathroom?

The menu is lights out and delicious. The appetizers are all excellent. The pizza is good but leave the pizza for large groups. You want apps and a sandwich. They are fire. The beers are well done and this place recognizes the areas German beer ancestry by usually having a Bavarian style beer. The coffee stout is the best on the Iowa side of the Quad Cities. And you can bring your family here. At peak times the service may be a little slower, but it’s worth it.

Huge Thank You to the amazing team at STOMPBOX! The patio’s perfect for a warm summer evening, the real heat was from the deliciously tender & crisp Nashville Hottie breaded chicken sandwich. Next time I’ll know not to play chicken cause the Nashville Hottie’s Not Clucking Around. (Pro Tip: dip the Nashville hottie soaked fries in the Ranch sauce, careful it’s addicting) Great Drinks! Great Time! The service was 10/10 bringing to go cups with lids for the sauce without us even asking. STOMPBOX Sticks the Landing!
