Does sales lady was rude, she demanded to know what I wanted on my sandwich and didn't even offer to heat my sandwich up, she didn't even offer any mayonnaise or any toppings on my sandwich. You know, she just wanted me out of there. As soon as possible.

At 11:30 am I went in the lettuce and tomato looked old about to dry up. And I also have the subway app with a $2 reward to redeem. I ordered my sandwich and went to check out I scanned my app. It took my rewards but did not give me the rewards off the purchase of my meal. I asked the clerk he said it was expired. I told him it was not I went to my app the points was taken off from that store. I asked for the receipt he said machine broke. I showed him my app he continued to say the rewards was expired.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I’m irritated. I Ordered 5 subs for my children. None of them had the cheese on them, they barely had the toppings. It wasn’t worth the $40. Won’t order from here again.

The Indian guy that works nights doesn’t wash his hands after using the restroom. He walked out of the restroom immediately after flushing with his phone in his hand and put gloves on after noticing I was in the restaurant. I had to ask him to wash his hands! ?
