horrible service from this location. female behind the counter had an attitude and instantly went on her phone. she smushed the sandwich while cutting it. i normally don’t leave reviews but nah this location isn’t it.

Horrible how they can screw up your order and proceed not to answer their phones. I have called several times with no answer. What a joke. I ordered online through their app and my dad goes to pick up and the lady working there said DoorDash picked it up. I didn’t order on DoorDash, I ordered directly through their app. I don’t even use DoorDash or have the app.

They never have any Italian dressing and they don't take the $6.99 footling coupon that last 5 times I have been there and asked for dressing they have not had any. I will go to subway but not that one I will never go back there

Absolutely terrible so slow I was in line for 20 minutes waiting for two sandwiches I left I wasn't going to wait any longer terribly slow there was three people behind the counter there is no reason why I needed to wait 20 minutes for two sandwiches I will not be coming back

Can’t get ahold of anyone for a refund. Ordered my food to the wrong subway called immediately. They will not answer two days in a row no answer. The first time I was there for a pickup one item wasn’t available and they didn’t refund me then ither.

Stopped on a walk last night. Was so excited for a tuna sandwich to go so I could eat when I got home. Well they were out of tuna at 645 pm. The person after me tried to order it too. But no. Out of steak and tuna by 645 at night. Ugh. Went to the sandwich shop up the road instead.

Showed up at 715 pm sign says open till 10pm door locked people cleaning inside. This store constantly disappoints. Many times they are out of product to make anything. People are nice tho, and remember our orders. Just the management of the store is lacking. Not the employees fault.

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. I ordered a veggie sandwich with pepper jack cheese on wholegrain bread, toasted. I got home to eat my sandwich, and there was a DEAD FLY toasted into my sandwich!!!! This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!!! Where is the cleanliness????

The pretzel is microwaved from frozen. We expected fresh dough from subway. FANTASTIC idea poor corporate execution. Fantastic purchase experience by friendly knowledgeable polite and clean young ladies. Broken door is the only reason for 4stars in atmosphere. Otherwise very clean. Also the churro-not good -not good.
