I would like to know why I can't seem to get, not only the items that belong with my order, but I can't even get the whole item as advertised.
Would be nice to be able to utilize the most convenient location for fast food poison, but it seems if I can't get all of it for the price I am paying for it, it makes this place kinda useless.

Zero stars💪🏽The worst Taco Bell in the quad cities area. Yesterday I was told they don’t sell mexi-melts and was given a chicken melt, that tasted like dough! I threw it away. It wasn’t worth the drive back. Today for lunch I drove to the Bettendorf Taco Bell and guess what, I got my mexi-melt. If you can drive to another Taco Bell’s do it. The best of the best in the quad cities is in Moline, IL Now 1/14/25 these ppl told me, I couldn’t add a meal at the window! The managers don’t have no idea on how to communicate! Or they’re on some drugs and have no clue what they’re doing. Either way I got a video and I will be calling legal aid for advice about this! And I will be in touch with Taco Bell the company bc this is way out of line!

they don’t actually care if they get your order right or not. i guess if you have a food allergy you just have to totally avoid this place. they even told me that everything was as i ordered it, so it seems like they wanted to hurt me? what would have happened if i didn’t check first? insane behavior.
