never go to this taco bell. i waited 45+ minutes and all i wanted was a beef quesadilla and two potato tacos. i did not get the beef quesadilla. and i’m upset because i waited so long just to not get what i ordered?

I am not going back to this location again. Orders are always missing something, they are always out of things. I have tried their breakfast burritos a couple of times and they are always out of sausage. Tonight they were out of hot sauce and ice for the ice machine... my order was missing food tonight too. Try the Kimberly location, it is much better.

They ALWAYS ALWAYS MAKE YOUR ORDER WRONG THEY NEVER MAKE IT RIGHT. I order the same order always no chipotle add creamy jalapeño and they never get it right. Tried calling to complain for the millionth time about the same thing and the manger just says sorry we're under staffed. SO IS LITERALLY EVERYONE AND THEY DONT MAKE EVERY SINGLE ORDER WRONG. Their management is worthless. Tonight she was also like sorry morning shift filled the bottles wrong. Stop with the excuses and get your shit together Tacobell management

While I loved Taco Bell’s food and normally the service is great, I am never coming to this location again. I waited for thirty minutes to receive my food, and at the end of the day I didn’t even receive the correct order. I’m so disappointed.

I would like to know why I can't seem to get, not only the items that belong with my order, but I can't even get the whole item as advertised.

Would be nice to be able to utilize the most convenient location for fast food poison, but it seems if I can't get all of it for the price I am paying for it, it makes this place kinda useless.

Zero stars💪🏽The worst Taco Bell in the quad cities area. Yesterday I was told they don’t sell mexi-melts and was given a chicken melt, that tasted like dough! I threw it away. It wasn’t worth the drive back. Today for lunch I drove to the Bettendorf Taco Bell and guess what, I got my mexi-melt. If you can drive to another Taco Bell’s do it. The best of the best in the quad cities is in Moline, IL
Now 1/14/25 these ppl told me, I couldn’t add a meal at the window! The managers don’t have no idea on how to communicate! Or they’re on some drugs and have no clue what they’re doing. Either way I got a video and I will be calling legal aid for advice about this! And I will be in touch with Taco Bell the company bc this is way out of line!
