The girl working drive thru on 2/1/25 at 7:15pm should b fired immediately, my food was trash , no seasoning on my fries and the girl literally handed me my food and closed the window without a word. She even had the audacity to tell me it was gonna take 3 minutes for my food, like girl idc lmk how much I have to pay and do ur job? 😭😭 0/10 customer service and food period

I have been eating out here several times a week for TWO YEARS and this is my honest review: 99.5% of the time my order is correct, hot, fast, and delicious. The other .5% of the time, the manager Michelle has gone above and beyond to correct the issue for us. (I literally think I've had 3 "mess ups" out of several hundred visits.)
I also want to give a shout out to the rest of the crew. There's a few of them who've been there for a long time now, and whenever my husband and I come in and see them, we literally say "the A team is working today!" Lol! Overall a great taco bell. 10/10 recommend!
Ladies here always make my cantina chicken tacos perfectly. Also the environment here is very clean weather it's morning mid day or night always clean. High recommend this tacobell!!

Food was fine. The service absolutely terrible! Rude when I got to the ordering machine. When I said I had two mobile orders. She said she would only allow me to grab one at a time. Had to back around the drive thru for a second time. When the cook asked her when I was at the window grabbing the first order out of the two, if we had the second mobile order she says “I’m not doing two orders at once” THEY WERE PRE PAID, all you had to do was hand us food. Terrible service every time at this location.

Ordered in the drive thru and had our food dropped in our lap and then the employee threw our hot sauce at us in the car out of nowhere. Very unprofessional, and they forgot a drink, and added extra cheese to my burrito that I requested no cheese on because it makes me sick.
