The staff on night shift are horrible. Apart from the rude service they like to close up for the night 30-45 minutes early (including not accepting online orders) and literally park a car at the front of the drive-through so no one is allowed to come in. They also like to disconnect the phone to continue to hide from their literal jobs that they get paid to do. If you want taco bell go to a different location.

Food was delicious, went to drive thru, first girl who helped me was great, but while trying to figure out what we wanted, another lady came in and interrupted, trying to rush us, very rude and impolite, next time mind your business and let employees do their job.

Picked up food on 9-15-25 around 10pm with reluctance. Food is always screwed up here and low quality(even for a Taco Bell) so it’s been a while since we visited.
HOWEVER, this time everything was PERFECT. We got all of our items, and everything tasted like it used to 20 years ago before enshittification took over the world. It was an AMAZING experience, and we will definitely become regulars if they keep this level of quality up. Thanks!
The best Taco Bell in the area! They got our order 100% correct; the lady at the window was very friendly and executing perfectly, and the quality of food was supurb! I think they broke a speed record in the process too!
Can't order after 1am. Everyone over 4 employees stands around talking to 2 teen age girls that aren't even employees for over 30 mins. While I wait in drive thru. Wasted lunch. So glad I get to starve now when I'm already only 110-120lbs max.

I’m already having a difficult work day. Decided to take a break And go to Taco Bell for my usual favs. When I ask for mild sauce, the girl at the window told me one pack per item. Are you freaking kidding me??? So I pulled around the front and went inside the lobby and had to get extra mild sauce. Thank you drive the girl for dumping on my already difficult day. Great job.

got door dash and the driver had to wait there for 30 minutes. finally got the food and the grilled cheese burrito is so burnt it’s literally all black on one side and everyone else in the room asked what’s burning cause we can even smell it. nacho fries also have so seasoning on them

So friendly and they remember us. They know exactly what my son's having when he walks in. Just a great atmosphere and everybody was so nice and friendly and that's why we go back all the time
