Part of my order was 2 Beefy 5-layer Burritos, with no beans. Neither of these had Sour Cream on them, which is in the build AND the picture, and only one of them had Nacho Cheese on it. I went back in, explained the situation, and asked for 2 cups of Sour Cream and 1 cup of Nacho Cheese, because they seemed busy, and i didn’t want to have them remake the entire burritos. They decided that they would (try to) remake them, on their own, but neither of them still had any sour cream on them. If you can’t make 4 burritos right in a row, i think its time for some training. Worst service i’ve ever had. I only ordered 5 items, and 2 of them were Cheesy Roll-ups. I also wanted extra cheese on them, but they seemed like they had LESS cheese. Train your employees. One of the people on assembly line also didn’t pass a 2nd grade reading level, so he didn’t pronounce any names right when he was calling them out. The ice machine in lobby was also broken, and the drain for the drink station was at least 4 inches out from underneath it, super unsanitary. There are plenty other Taco Bells you could go to. The employees at this one do not deserve to be paid.

The people who work here are always friendly and fast. I have 1 request, DON'T overdo it with your sauces on any item. They already have a distinct taste and 2xs as much sauce ruins every. It doesn't taste better!! I don't want to come back, which is a shame, because you all have great service :)

Considering I’m someone who struggles with money, going to Taco Bell every so often for my girlfriend and us to get food when we can. I’d like to get what I pay for when I don’t really have that money to spend in the first place. I got a Doritos taco and it’s supposed to come with lettuce which is not what I’m mad about, yes a little upsetting but no big deal. But when it comes to getting my girlfriend’s order wrong I get more mad over that. She ordered a 5 layer burrito with extra beef, lettuce, and grilled. When I tell you this burrito was so small, and not grilled. Considering i payed an extra dollar for extra beef and it looked like a tortilla with barely any meat in the middle. I’m pissed that I payed more in person than on the website since I had cash. I wanted to get her something to fill her up and yet failed to do that so thanks for not paying attention to a screen that tells you what my order is.
