Got turned away at the door based on some seemingly racist dress code policies. Shame cuz I liked this place before but won’t be spending and more money there.

Ordered a Whiskey Sour, got a Whiskey Water.Ordered an Amaretto Sour, got an Amaretto Water. The drinks were very mid and the place smelled like feet and BO. The atmosphere was nice but I had to leave because I was getting nauseous from the smell. Homeless people need some drinks too but goddayum at least put a sign that says, "No deodorant, no entry".

I've driven by The Office more times than other places in Davenport. This is mostly owing to the many trips I've taken to Antonella's Pizza close by (family loves their pizza). After a meal nearby at City Loafers, I wanted to cap the night off with a G&T.The interior is vastly different than I would have envisioned for a place called The Office. The floors are a decidedly cheap wood grain patterned vinyl material of some type. The walls are a painted dark olive green, covered by corrugated aluminum (or steel?) sheet metal on the bottom half of the wall on a good portion of the bar. Strips of accent lights dot the black 2 x 4 foot drop ceiling throughout. There's a few dart machines and one of those TouchTunes music boxes in every bar these days. The bar is a prominent dark granite that runs most of the length of the space. All of this comes together to give the appearance of not quite a dive bar. It has some wear, but the rough edges are clearly clean. It's a good thing - I like it.I opted for my typical cocktail, and Bombay and Tonic. The sole bartender working (it wasn't busy at this point) had the drink out to me quickly. It came in a mason jar - not the weird ones with a tiny handle, an actual mason jar. The drink was solid - not too gin-ey, not watered down either. The bartender was friendly. We chatted a bit about my work, the weather, preferred drinks, and about good burger places, focusing on Central Standard in Bettendorf. It was a good conversation, truly part of a good way to end the week. Not sure I'd come back this way by myself again - maybe with a larger group of friends or work mates. It's just a little further afield from home in Bettendorf than I'd care to drive out specifically for. It's a nice place though, so if you live close to here you should give it a try. Thanks, Office!

Bartenders were rude based on the person they were dealing with because whereas my card was thrown at me, my friend had his card handed back to him. For a bar that serves asian cuisine I felt a lot of discrimination based on appearance. Funny because the drinks weren’t any better than the service. Do better and hire better. Music was decent but the atmosphere was nonexistent. Wonder why. Avoid this place.

Good luck getting in. They have a bunch of weird dress code policies. They don't advertise anywhere after 9:00

Not a huge fan. The food is just okay. I thought it would be better. Drinks are overpriced. Atmosphere is okay. Gets really loud on the weekends.

There was this beastly bulging man by the name of jack. He’s a bartender. Tall glass of water he is. Very good bartender, if I was gay I’d probably take him home but I’m not. There was a bouncer name Dave who was very nice and assisting to finding my way up to the bar. This place is a great spot for friends and drinks. I totally recommend this place.

Kennady and Gabrielle were the best bartenders I’ve had in the Davenport Iowa area. They kept the shots coming and the drinks flowing. 12/10 recommend the Office Bar & Lounge! Everyone there is amazing!

This bar reminds of why I’m here for a good time and not a long time. Great drinks and strong shots. Staff is awesome here ?.
