I was attending a group meeting. I MUST eat Gluten Free due to Celiac Disease - it is NOT a lifestyle CHOICE! I asked a woman wearing a gold name tag with medium length brown hair if it was possible for me to get a plain piece of chicken and she flatly said NO, and turned away. I then said excuse me but if I pay a supplement can I get a plain piece of fish? She said “No! Can you see I am trying to talk to this lady?” I told her that I am a paying customer and told her I will be contacting the owners. I leaned forward to try to read her name Tage hidden by her lapel and she yelled out DON’t touch Me! She almost struck me but stopped herself. I have NEVER BEEN TREATED SO RUDELY IN MY LIFE.
The food is excellent! and generous portions. The wait staff was superb, best service I've ever had at a restaurant. Highest recommendations for the Thunder Bay Grille!!!
My husband and I stopped for a late lunch and had a wonderful experience. Our server, Shawn was amazing and the food was fantastic!! Highly recommend!

First off. It took an hour to get our food. Chicken burger and shrimp scampi. Once the food arrived, it was cold and to say the least FLAVORLESS! The burger was definately fried in the same oil they were frying the fish. With every burger bite, I could taste the fried fish too. Buns were cold, and the “cole slaw” was more like chopped dried cabbage. My wife had the shrimp scampi and same. Absolutely NO flavor. Worst place I have been to in the quad cities and would not go back. I’m not sure if the manager was the one to I spoke with, but he kept it real and looked out for us by taking care of the bill on the house. This place looked promising but unfortunately for us it was not.

Driving through town on a Sunday and thought I’d give it a try. Sunday brunch was the only option for 25.00.
The prime rib station was ok but everything else on the buffet seemed old , not fresh , and unappetizing. Not clean either. All the bins and utensils were sticky . Just plain depressing.
Very nice server though.
This place has gone downhill. Save your money. They don’t have enough servers. The servers are not well trained and a few do not understand what’s being said. Their food quality is not worth the money. The management is awful. Our plates were never bussed. Orders were incorrect. Water was not refilled. Food took an hour and a half to come out of the kitchen. Stay away. You will be happier.

I really enjoyed Lily she is a awesome bartender. We have actually been here in the last two weeks 5 or 6 times to eat an have left because she wasn't here. I'm from Gulf Shores Alabama an my wife an I have to eat out every night . Don't understand why Lily isn't here very much . She very knowledgeable an attentive. Our business may not mean anything but I work for the Army Core of Engineers an will be here until Christmas . So hope to see her more so we don't have to eat at other restaurants. Thanks that's all I have to say

We made our annual trek to the Sunday Brunch this morning as we have looked forward to for several years now. We arrived about 9:20…..brunch starts at 9:00. There was no prime rib ready, no gravy ready to go with the biscuits, no bacon ready, just for starters. When I made mention of these things to a staff member that this was not typical, she said that they had a big party there the night before & snapped back to me about it not being typical. They finally brought out the prime rib & bacon, but never did fill the gravy for the biscuits. The pastries, waffles, & chicken tenders appeared to be of store bought mediocre/frozen quality, & not the homemade or quality that we’ve enjoyed in years past. Also, the stuffed mushrooms appeared to be maybe “leftover” from the party as they tasted day old & were not warm/hot. Let’s just say the quality of food items has definitely gone downhill, & definitely not worth $25 per person. No compensation was offered for items not being readily available. We probably won’t be returning in the future.
Server was great. Slow very slow getting our food. Food was good. Drinks too.

My burger was the blandest restaurant food I ever had, but my partner's Alfredo was good. Took 45 mins to get our food even though we were the only ones there. However the waitress provided possibly one of the top 3 service experience I have ever had and was just a really cool person all around. The host who seated us was really welcoming as well.
