I really didn't want to write an review, but with the makeover of the store I hope for a change in the inconsistency of the food. Upon two weeks ago food was hot and fresh. This time single sandwich cold, fries cold, nuggets luke warm. The only thing hot was the spicy chicken sandwich.
Seen like to me the patties are being stacked cook instead of cooked by order like it used to be. People wait at Hardee's, Culver's, Steak n Shake because the meat will be HOT. We don't mind waiting on hot food. Js
I got delivery. I watched my dasher commute from pick up which was 5 mins. I live only 5 mins from Wendy's. I spend $20 on food $29 with delivery, tax, tip.

I went through the drive through and French fries tasted like they have been sitting there for Several hurs and were ice cold? The chicken nuggets were partially cooked. And cold The hamburger tasted like it was made yesterday. I will never eat at Wendy's again because of this experience it was the most disgusting thing I've ever had in my life. How do employees serve food tat they would not serve to a rat? One of the chicken nuggets was all flour/breading. Do not ever eat at west locust Wendy's!!!!!@@

Good burgers and decent fries (much improved from the old days). While they're not truly comparable, I would say that Wendy's hamburgers are the closest in flavor to In-N-Out of any major Burger chain.

We had the SWEETEST lady today (8-21-24) around 11am working on cashier. Not only did she answer all my questions, but she chose to give us her personal coupon out of the goodness of her heart. I can’t for the life of me remember her name, but she’s a true gem! I hope your restaurant never loses that sweet soul of a human! ❤️?
