I don't frequent this particular Wendy's very often, but I went to this location today for 2 reasons: 1) to get a Cobb salad for my wife, and 2) to get the corporate office phone number to complain about the West Locust Street location.Joy, the cashier, was very nice and was very attentive when I asked to speak to the manager. I assured her she wasn't in any trouble. Virginia, the store manager, was very helpful, very courteous, and apologetic for the other Wendy's location rudeness and lack of customer service. Virginia and Joy are good examples on how customer service should be. Thank you Virginia and Joy!!

Wendys is so nasty and poorly made now. They open and close at weird times.I tried a few different things. None of them were worth the money.

came to this Wendy's and they got all of our Frosty's mixed up and we tired to explain to them how they messed up our orders then they just gave us wet down Frosty's and when we left they flipped us off and re yelling cuss words at us! very unprofessional if you ask me.

New location is very nice ! Very clean restaurant and friendly staff. Only thing is that there was an odd piece of art on the walls...don't remember exactly what it said but something about kids going to bed wishing for good moms and dads?? Not really appropriate or inclusive, Wendy's.

Bad customer service take money don’t deliver food, apparently it’s not up to them as they need doordash to collect. If doordash don’t show up they still keep your money and the food. They told me there are no refunds and to contact doordash who aren’t open on the weekends- avoid. Lost over 40$

It's just slammed together fast food. Looks like they put the order together while riding downhill on an old skate board. Not a very clean place, very unfriendly. Kinda felt like "sorry I bothered you with ordering food".

If I could give it a zero I would. I am usually not one to complain but their service here is horrible, i can get past the service because we all have bad days (but ever time I have come it's the same service). They seem to always forget half of my order and don't care, choose another place to go.

Whether in my former home of Washington or here in Illinois, Wendy's is one franchise that seems to consistently deliver.
Everything was pretty good but they forgot my salad dressing.
