Wetzel's Pretzels

we have always gone to wetzel in the mall and love it everytime. this time was completely unexpected. the lady making the food was almost laying on the dough she was so far leaned over the counter. nobody had beard nets on and gloves were dirty. which defeats the purpose of gloves based off my experience in food service. we got our bites and each piece of food was covered in little black hairs. absolutely disgusting. if I wasn’t pregnant and tired I would’ve walked back in for a refund. absolutely disgusting will never see me again.

Me and my fiancé love wetzel pretzel but the staff there are inappropriate and don’t know customer service to say the least. There was 6 workers behind the counter not a single one said anything to me or my fiancé when we walked up and were standing right there then 4 of them wanted to huddle together and not face the customers but sit there and chit chat. Then 1 of them thought it was funny to shake his pants and put his hands up in the air like it was funny when there was kids around to. Me and my fiancé went to the other place in the store that doe’s pretzels and we were greeted right and and had our order within 3 mins with only 2 staff workers.

got here was told it would be a 10 min wait for an order while she was on the phone FaceTiming.. come up to the register about 20 min after not being told anything, just to be told it was gonna be a wait and she rolled her eyes at me.. I get it help is hard to find but bad customer service also kills a business. after about a 35 min wait we get our order(not what we asked and paid for) will not be stopping there again.

the pretzels are great, but every single employee i’ve ever interacted with here has been extremely rude and unprofessional.

Walked up as they were just opening and a female was cussing out another employee that apparently is her child's father she stated.. cashier was helpful unfortunately it was his first day and he didn't have the management he needed because she was taking her personal life too work with her especially in front of customers completely unprofessional

The davenport location inside Northpark mall is never opened. They have odd hours and random reasons for not opening.

The two ladies working tonight were so rude they should be fired as soon as possible.

Every week I go here they don't have anything ready. Teenagers just sitting around playing on their phones. They told us one time pretzels would be done in 15 minutes, came back and they still did not start any.

they rude , some mexican dude with the glasses served me cold hard wetzel bitz, they always got a attitude only ones i like there are the females

Not the quality I have learned to love. Everything tasted like it was microwaved and not made fresh. Limited quantities of everything.

The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I stopped by with my fiancé and son 10/28/22 and the two girls, one boy working were absolutely awful. The girl working register didn’t understand my order, got mad and left to the back. The boy started handing me our food and didn’t even know what my order was, so as I told him, he implied I was lying. The other girl working went to the back as well to talk to the first girl where the first girl proceeded to call me a “b**ch” because SHE didn’t understand my order. I understand it’s just food service, but I’ve also worked in food service and these three should not work there if this business is going to survive. Absolutely AWFUL!

Went to this location two separate times over the last month around 5:30/6 p.m. on a weeknight to find the location closed. Posted times of operation show this location closes at 7 on weeknights. Please update your operating hours if they've changed.

6 pm on a Saturday, place is busy has heck. Ask for pretzel dog and get told no, what you see is what you get. We’re not making anything
