We were in yesterday for lunch and had a terrible experience. The waitress was great but the person in the kitchen does not know how to manage tickets in order. When we arrived there was only one other couple there. They had already ordered then we ordered right away. After that a group of three and another couple came in maybe 5 minutes after us. We waited for over a half hour then all the food for all the tables started coming out at the same time and we ended up getting our appetizer and our pizza at the same time after everyone else had gotten their food ahead of us. The cook seemed more worried about his phone and going out the back door than managing his food output properly. We have eaten there several times before and never had issues like this. Very disappointed..

Called so many times and act like they don't want any
Stopped in for take out. Was told chicken would take 30 to 40 mins. Waitress kept checking and was told 15 more mins. After over an HOUR they finally told me they lost ticket and would put a rush on it. Said 30 MORE minutes, I said NO WAY and left. If you want food, don't bother going here! I give it a MINUS 10.

I called in pickup order 2 pizza1st WOW the price out ragious2nd WOW place on Locust more like bar then pizza place. Waitress at window arguing food not ready in over hour.3rf & biggest WOW PIZZA sucked, hardly any ingredients, nothing like 53rd streets.Now I remembered why I don't go thereParking: Have.
