Rudeness while smiling and didn't want to sell me items on the menu.
Stopped in here around noon on a Saturday at the advice of a friend. Music was a bit too loud that early and only 3 other customers in the place.
The menu had good options for dietary needs including low carb pizza crust would be perfect for my wife.
At other restaurants, I always order from the child's menu for smaller portions. I lost 30lbs doing this over the years. I was denied for my age. Nevermind that I have a 9 year old at home.
That's okay though. If they don't want to sell me items on their menu; I can assure them they wont have repeat business from me and mine.

First off we walked in and there was a gentleman standing by the dough looking around and playing with the dough in his hands. We stood there for a good 30 secs and he never greeted us. Finally a woman came and waited on us. While we were paying a very loud man is telling her their labor cost and other cost of doing business. He was interrupting her as she was trying to talk to us. The whole time we were waiting on our food this very loud gentleman was talking to people down by the beer and counter area. I assume they were all employees as to the conversation we clearly heard. The music was louder than usual and was annoying. We got our food, pizza was very good, our whole time eating my husband and I couldn't even have a conversation between the loud music in one ear and this very loud man in the other. He would stand up front and be talking to someone in the back. If u want to talk to someone then go by them. Finally I couldn't take it any longer and told the man that our dining experience was bad that we couldn't talk to each other because of his loudness. He proceeded to interrupt evey time I tried to explain to him our thoughts. He told us that millions of people come in there and enjoy chatting with them. Ya right!. He wasn't chatting with us. He doesn't take complaints very well Giving us all kinds a reasons he was right and had the right to be loud because he ran the place. Well sir, if u think that is the proper way to sarcastically apologize to a customer u are sadly mistaken. Go enjoy your millions of people to chat with and don't give a shit about paying customers comfort while eating. We like your food but we won't be back. As he was walking away from us, he said if u come back great, if not, whatever!

Pleasant, attentive and happy staff! The new sandwiches are top notch!
Service is out standing. Every time we come we feel part of the crew. The new brisket pizza is amazing great flavors. The brisket is to die for. This needs to be a constant item. We also tried the new bbq lime wings a perfect compliment to the pizza. I'll be back soon just so i don't miss the brisket berfore its gone.

Pretty good pizza. Good Gelato. Sides leave something to be desired. Price is a little expensive. Expect to spend 60$ for a family of 4.
Fun place to take kids as they give the leftover crust to kids to play with. Just make sure they don't eat the raw dough.
Outdoor seating available, and plenty of spaces inside.

Dealing with a dairy allergy makes restaurants a little problematic. We have been here several times and this is one of few places where they take extra steps to accommodate dairy allergies.
