My burger was not hot. It was barely warm. It was after normal lunch time for many, so the store wasn't very crowded nor was it noisy. Staff were extremely friendly, polite and patient.

I've usually do curbside pickup when I feel like having a fish dinner (drive- thru once). It's been fresh every time I've picked up an order. Staff is always friendly. Their fish dinner is pretty good especially being fast food.

I'm giving 2 stars because normally I don't have an issue here. However, today I ordered a turtle Sunday with 2 scoops and this is what I got. One scoop with barely a drizzle of caramel and fudge on it, maybe 4 pieces of nuts and no cherry. Very disappointed. The girl at the window was not very nice either.

Culvers the fish dinner I had was good but too greasy and some of the staff was not pleasant to us. My son ordered chicken tender dinner with fries and a drink. When the crewperson brought his food she told him that we are making fries and it will be a few minute wait. After ten minutes of waiting I was seeing customer orders that was appearing with the same crew person delivery meals with fries to others. I politely got up from my seat and went to the front to get my son his fries. Which they forgot to give it to him. We were the only cultural people that were there. Not friendly atmosphere for Afro-American persons like my son and I.
