“Twin Springs Supper Club is a gem! Beautiful location and restaurant. The service was exceptional! From the moment we walked in, the host staff was engaging and made us feel comfortable. Our server, Kristi M., was so friendly, always had a smile, and took care of everything without a single ask. The owner, Roumel, made us feel very welcome and checked on us multiple times. It’s evident how much he cares for his patrons and restaurant. The food was outstanding! The steak, salmon, and pork chop were cooked to perfection and had great flavor. Looking forward to coming back soon!”

“April 8, 2023. Wow! The food was awesome! I had the brisket street tacos. Meat was delicious and slaw in the taco was excellent Shared with my husband as it was a lot of food. Beans were tasty and cornmeal muffin was satisfying. You’ve got to try it!”

“I ordered the cheese balls and cheesy potatoes. They weren't bad by any means but needed a bit of spice or flavor. But for an off the wall town traveling not a bad place to stop. They were slammed while we were here so that may have been some of it. I think the whole town was actually here considering its a very small town.”

They've figured out something the rest of the industry has not, and I'll choose them every time when I need a quick bite and delicious food at an affordable rate. “We LOVE the Hay Market. Call us bad parents but our kids ask to go there on the weekends too. It's just a really great breakfast with amazing staff, and having a bloody while we wait isn't too bad either. They always offer to bring the kids a coloring book and apologize if there's a wait, but the wait is always worth it for us.”
