We were passing through town and this gem was recommended. Cute place and very clean.
This was a great find! We had lunch from Justin's yesterday and went back today for a bowl from Root 43. We were incredibly impressed with both choices. Lovely aesthetics, comfortable seating options and excellent choices of food. Definitely a MUST stop next time we are in Decorah. A+
