We live on the other side of Iowa and stopped in while visiting the museum nearby. The staff was friendly and the menu was honestly mind blowing with more than one plant based vegan option! Thank you for having these options available and double thank you for being open Mondays! I shared photos of the vegan “chicken” tenders, hash-browns w/vegan cheese, peppers and onions, nacho fries w/vegan chorizo, vegan cheese. Great vibes and seriously cute town!

In honor of my Grandma Norma, I had to try "The Norma" that was on their menu and after I added a side of shredded hashbrowns, it set me up for a lovely day of fishing.

Went for a lunch on a Tuesday. No greeting at the door. Chose a table that hadn't been cleared. The waitress finally came over and said, "Never sit at a table that hasn't been cleaned." She continued with "Do you go into restaurants and sit at dirty tables?" I was appalled by the behavior and lack of customer care. Wasn't my first pick of places to go but was going with a group. Ultimately, we left and went to Mabe's - where the service and food was the best. I will not go back unless I hear they get new owners -AGAIN.

was taken to lunch by my family for my birthday and was greatly embarrassed by the waitress we got talked down to because we sat at tablethat had not been cleared yet she came to us and said " Dont sit at a table that hasn't been . Have you ever done that?" I replied yes I have and she just walked away. No greeting except the scolding , no smile or any thing.when our party arrived we got up and left. here is an idea put up a sign that says Please wait to be seated ! I will never go back there I have been treated this rude by any other establishment I have gone to
