Service was horrible tonight. Waitress wasnt very friendly, and she brought us 3 pizzas, the first two pizzas we received werent even ours! the waitressed realized it the first time and came back to the table quick to grab the pizza, the 2nd time she dropped it off and ran away so fast we had to go tell her it wasnt our pizza! So she came and got that one again, and our 3rd one was finally our pizza we ordered and she never even asked if we needed anything else or refills! Was definately disappointed!!

Food was good and my waitress was great. 2 stars because they had fox news playing on the TV. The segment on while I was eating was accusing democrats of treason for not blindly supporting trumps push to start a war with Venezuela. I did not expect to be accused of treason while at the pizza hut lunch buffet. I guess that's America in 2025.
The cashier when I paid was the owner I think. I said everything was great except the fox news you've got playing. He got kind of defensive and I said I was just giving him the feedback that I probably wouldn't be back if I had to watch that while I ate.
They are free to promote whatever political agenda they want, of course. I have no doubt they have customers who are happy to see fox playing, and realistically most people probably don't notice or care either way. But if right wing politics make you lose your appetite, consider going elsewhere.

I have been visiting this Pizza Hut since 2014, and have never been disappointed in the quality of food or service.
I have to admit that I was surprised by the General Manager’s service. He delivered our pizza to our table and immediately pointed out the two air bubbles in the crust, apologized, and offered to make us a new pizza or give us a 50% discount. If he had not said anything we would not have thought anything about the air bubbles. Thank you!
Jon and his staff always provide fresh pizza and a variety for the lunch buffet. Even when they're hopping the staff, and in particular Sammie, always take a few moments to say hello and see how your day is going. A group of nice folks who work hard and do their best to provide a great lunch.

Food was good, we had the buffet option. Buffet was kept stocked with food. The booth we were sat at has a broken seat, its the second booth on the west side of the building. Our server was as helpful as I would expect. Only thing its missing is the classic pizza hut white sauce from the early 2000s. The pizza hut in Carrol, IA has this sauce and they do charge $$ for it, but I think its worth it. 7/10 because that's a better rating scale than 5 stars.

Ordered delivery for two mozzarella and a stuffed crust bbq beef with pepperoni. The delivery guy was super nice. The pizza was great as well, though I don’t think I will be getting the stuffed crust again. That was, somehow, too much cheese for me, though that’s definitely a me thing. The mozzarella sticks could have been breaded more. I like that CRUNCH!
