Wonderful place. amazing staff. A favorite place to go.
I was disappointed in the menu. I am allergic to onions and everything on the menu had onions. I was able to find a dish that they could make without onions but it was only so-so, considering the price.
Beautiful hotel with friendly staff and good access to downtown.
Great bartender, great drinks
The Hotel Winneshiek is where president Obama stayed when he visited Decorah in 2011. It's a lovely hotel at a decent price right in the heart of Decorah.
Rib special was great.
The atmosphere of Restauration is quite nice, but food experience is touch and go. I've had fabulous hummus and pasta, and then really bad Alfredo. So when it's good it is very good, but depends on who is cooking.
What an amazing experience! Trista went above and beyond for us. The food was excellent and the prices were very reasonable. The staff was so friendly and attentive. Will be going back!
I really wanted to like the new Hotel Winn restaurant, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The menu is, based on our table of 6, universally underwhelming: Poorly executed, missing promised components, and bland. The only thing seasoned at all was the soup, which was so salty it could have been used to brine pickles. All this came at premium prices-- currently the most expensive menu in town. I cannot recommend Restauration at all, which is unfortunate because the waitstaff was friendly and competent.
Attended an event here. AWESOME building and staff.

Amazing smoked pork nachos
Fantastic Building! Very beautiful! Helpful friendly staff! Continental breakfast could use some work but overall fantastic!
Beautiful Hotel, fantastic restaurant that faces the heart of downtown Decorah. Nice quiet setting and our service was outstanding. The menu had great options and our selections - the Cuban and a turkey/bacon panini - were both very good (with enough food to take home for another meal). Nice selection of local craft breweries as well as a full stocked bar. Definitely worth a visit!
Great little place for conversation and drinks. Our waiter a senior at Luther was great!
Good food and service. Nice atmosphere
