What a cool restaurant with great food. My father's was raving about the house Alfredo seafood dish. I got the soft pretzel party, and boy, was I impressed. The presentation and the offering was better than expected.

Amazing food and hospitality. Started with the Brussels sprouts appetizer which was in itself, off the charts and then moved into the entree. At our table, we enjoyed the salmon and the prime rib, which were both cooked to perfection. The snap peas with my prime rib were also cooked to that nice crispy crunch I like in this vegetable. This was all served as we enjoyed some local produced Pulpit Rock Brewing Company beverages. Fantastic venue, great food and most of all, a welcoming atmosphere; thanks again, we’ll be back.

Absolutely the most delicious meal I’ve ever experienced! The pork shank with its glaze was exquisite and the Brussels sprouts were done to perfection. The dressing on the delightful mixed greens salad was excellent as was the accompanying fresh focaccia bread. Outstanding service & fabulous selection of wines! Totally worth the drive from Rochester, MN.

An absolute hidden gem in the middle Of nowhere Iowa. Best wine list in a hundred mile radius. Run by Chef husband and front of house wife team that are salt of the earth and spectacular at what they do. Chef is dialed in to the local farm scene and has fresh options year round. Make reservations as they have limited hours and are always packed!

Kim was very responsive when my wife left a message regarding a reservation for our 5th anniversary. When we arrived she gladly took a picture for us and seated us in a great, private booth in the rear of the restaurant. We enjoy bourbon and wine and were happy to see a great, reasonably priced selection of both. Our waitress was very attentive, pleasant, and helpful with food recommendations. We had the duck bacon and corn wontons for an appetizer and they were great. I had a filet which was cooked perfectly and my wife had the swedish meatballs, which she enjoyed with the lingonberry jam. We took a cinnamon churro cheesecake to go and that was also really good.
