I am not a big fan of Subway these years, but I decided to come here because nothing else sounded good in town for supper. I was surprised how good my bacon turkey avocado wrap was.
I was offered extra avocado since it was going to be thrown not too long from then. (being close to closing time). The maker of my wrap provided excellent service.
It was a very unexpected and pleasant experience visiting this Subway.

The chick making my sandwich leaned over and stuck her chest into it a minimum of three times all while making sandwiches with gloves half off and torn. Put onions on my sandwich that she had dropped. When we went to cash out the cashier lady snapped at us and held her hand up to interrupt us while we were telling her what we ordered. I've genuinely never had such a bad experience at a fast food establishment.

Placed an order with the app at this location. Immediately upon clicking submit I had realized my mistake. I tried calling the store repeatedly for over 30 minutes and the line was busy the entire time. There is zero percent chance the phone was busy every second of that half hour. The app showed by food was not made yet and I was over 3 hours drive away and I just wanted to cancel. Because the phone was never answered I'm out the cost of my order and also I'll never pick up the food so it will just sit there and eventually be thrown away. I'm not as upset about the lost money (because it was my mistake) but the customer service here was unacceptable.

i would give negative if i could. The lady at the counter git my order wring right in front if me and gave an attitude when i told her it was supposed to be the number 10. There was also some guy in there that just came behind the counter and started making his sandwich after scratching his head the entire time.

This is the dirtiest Subway I've ever walked into. And not just dirty from having a busy day. Dirty like things haven't been cleaned for months on end. It was like walking into a restaurant that had been abandoned for a year.
As a former employee I was fairly disappointed with my order some sandwiches were incorrect. We were missing a 6 inch sandwich, received a random footlong sandwich, and the salad had barbeque sauce when it was supposed to be ranch. This was an online order, there should not have been mistakes.
