Came in today at around noon, so I expected there to be a lunch rush. But with a line to the door of customers in store plus continuous online orders the wait time was ridiculous. Another thing I was NOT enthused about; there were 3 workers. 2 making subs, 1 trying to ring up and keep online orders together. You could tell the 1 trying to keep orders together was stressed out/unhappy. And reason being is because her coworkers WOULD NOT communicate with her. After countless times...
I am not a big fan of Subway these years, but I decided to come here because nothing else sounded good in town for supper. I was surprised how good my bacon turkey avocado wrap was.
I was offered extra avocado since it was going to be thrown not too long from then. (being close to closing time). The maker of my wrap provided excellent service.
It was a very unexpected and pleasant experience visiting this Subway.

I typically stop here on my way down to visiting Dubuque from the Twin Cities. It's quick, the food is good, and I sometimes see an old Decorah pal (this has only happened once). 5 stars from me!
