Staff are not receiving training for acceptable treatment of all people, apparently. A young Black woman and her mother were racially profiled and treated disrespectfully by an employee and there’s simply no excuse for this. Period. An apology and a refund is owed to this young woman by the establishment and the employee. Unacceptable.
The woman working on August 6, 2026 displayed racist/discriminatory behavior toward two African American Women! If you want karaoke there are better places to go! Why must we still see this behavior in 2025!?! Please do not support businesses that reflect such behaviors!!!
